What surprises me is the report that only two people are under investigation for perjury……..

I strongly recommend Jenkins does not go for any unaccompanied walks in the woods…

Wow, incredible.

I'm not sure Second Sight have been vocal enough about this, from perspective of, well, reporting crime almost? Just a thought.

i guess the issue is that you are not supposed to record conversations without the consent of the participants - which is why they have had to sit on it?

I guess Second Sight made the exception here due to smelling a rat ?
"Warmington said although the company had never before – or since – recorded client interviews, it decided to record Post Office conversations when “in contrast to the clear undertakings of full openness and cooperation at the commencement of the investigation the Post Office was starting to feign a misunderstanding of our clear-cut questions, and even altered the questions being asked of us, and to obfuscate the search for the truth”."

Here's something I spotted when watching pt2 of Debbie Staples evidence......... SPM pleaded guilty to 94k theft, PO were looking at 282k total. Surely I'm not the only one to see that 282 is 3 times 94, so was this a 94 which was 'reversed' to correct it twice and then FUJI then gave up?

BBC have revealed - "Secret papers reveal Post Office knew its court defence was false" And they squandered £100m knowing so.

I'm finding it difficult to understand what empowered many people who've climbed the greasy pole of success to collectively think they could escape discovery ?
They must've been fighting like rats in a sack when they realised two people with integrity (Second Sight) had blown apart their cunning operation.

All this about remote access, I am sure I read that in a book some years ago, wish I had kept it now.

I worry that this type of attitude to the little people runs through other government agencies like DVLA, HMRC, DWP

Just when I think I can't be anymore astounded (even though I felt there was a conspiracy) I never thought these people would be stupid enough to leave an evidence trail.

It's in short supply in many of our institutions, but this is so deep and so wilful that it defies comprehension, it's evil and cruel. I just hope they are brought to account and the media and campaigners keep this in the public eye, the Police need to get their finger out as well.

Apologies if I’ve missed this but has there been an explanation at any stage for the remote alterations made to the accounts ?

It appears that there were numerous such actions but why ?

I think that is what we may or may not be about to uncover in the next round of the televised investigation.

When does it start anyone?
