Yes, that rang out, didn't it.

But that's what she is, and why she rose in the PO, and why she was profoundly useful to the Execs & Board.

And now she can remember the full details of a transaction error.

In answer to this, and tele_lover's question earlier, anyone can bring a private prosecution. Indeed, Alan Bates has stated that if the 'system' doesn't bring action against the key players, he will, happily crowd-funded by half the population I'll wager!
And more lawyers will greatly benefit financially from this private action, like they did when prosecuting the SPMs despite there being evidence of a faulty IT system and despite the fact that disclosure rules were being broken on every prosecution file, and they benefitted from the £100M POL spent on lawyers defending themselves/silencing the SPMs.

Yep a hollow excuse for a human being devoid of empathy.

Just catching up - VDB is trying by use of first name to show that she cared - failing miserably and from her evidence she is devoid of any emotion or regret.

She had the ability to change things regarding stage payments but declined to do so - more concerned about her position and the PO

I used to work for one of the Big 5. My boss not only looked like AVDB, but behaved exactly the same. I was convinced she was a sociopath - one of the most toxic people I ever met, and I've met some real delights.

I lasted 2 years then got the feck out back into private practice, where the "normal" people live.

Beer is doing a good job here of operating multiple angles of attack. Just as soon as AVDB thinks she's getting comfortable, he moves to another flank.

And she has now allowed herself to been cornered by Sir Wyn before we tantalisingly go to a break..!

(WFH on a Friday has its advantages)

If my maths is correct approximate timestamp will be 81.5 mins in to the stream once uploaded later or you can scrub back on the Live stream.
