That was how to eviscerate someone in public, with no blood!

"Another Lie... well we'll move on!" Brutal!

When is Vennels up? Hope this guy's gonna have a crack at her as well! Will have to catch up later, I've got to go out... to the Post Office.

At the post office I asked the girl if she'd been watching it. Only what's been on the news!

Explained it was on YouTube and they'll all be catching up later! The manageress almost growled when I said AvdB had been ripped apart! Good! She said, "bh deserves all she gets!" rage She didn't think the bosses would let them play it on the 4 screens in the branch though. frown

Watching through this afternoon - VDB's recollections of meeting Mrs O'Dell are crystal clear, in contradiction of almost all other recollections.

She was in charge of the Helpline service, has it been established who gave the instruction that helpline operators are to instruct spms that "they're the only one"?
No, and the help scripts themselves have never been found - which is why when another poster popped up on thread claiming to have been a Help Agent I asked that question of them.

Seems to me that a great number of the questions directed at VDB should also be directed at Vennells and others.
I sincerely hope they are.

I see Alice Perkins is up for 4 days.

I think there’s two helpdesks - one for pol and one for fuji.
our poster was working for fuji and the discussion about scripts was the pol hd (hence avdb being in charge of it)

Maybe asking the obvious and I have obviously missed it, why did Fujitsu alter the accounts?

What did they stand to gain?

The only evidence I've seen for Fujitsu altering things is to work round bugs that were causing discrepancies. The "Callender Square bug" is an example of this.

I think the main issue is not that Fujitsu were in there all the time changing things, but the Post Office said consistently that remote access wasn't possible and relied on that for prosecutions, even when the SPMs raised the question.

You can see AVDBs true compassion, when quizzed by JB about the right thing to do after Mr Griffiths took his own life, and the daughter had written to her wholly blaming POL for his death, referring to this day, instead of saying, the day Mr Griffiths died, or passed away, she simply referred to it as 'the day Mr Griffiths walked out in front of the bus'. Cold.

Fingers X'd............if not a GoFundme page will probably need an Horizon size system to cope with the contributions.

It might make the Captain Tom fund look a bit meagre. At least we could be sure Alan Bates wouldn't build a giant swimming pool etc.

Do you think they have been advised to be so lacking in any empathy and sympathy? Almost all of them show nothing by way of feelings for what they were part of. Is that because offering sympathy would show a sense of guilt to the audience? Not sure this is a strategy I would take. They are all such awful people.

I did like the barrister haranguing her for automaton and post office corporate speak.
They are a bunch of psychopaths, they have no ability to care about people. This type of personality rises to the top of large organisations, we see it regularly in corporate fraud cases and where large scale ponzi schemes are uncovered.

POL has to be shut down, it's still infested with these people and their culture.

It really has been cracking viewing the participants & gives some insight in to human behaviour.

What struck me most re AVDB today was the complete lack of a visible emotional response with Beer's 'automoton' request as well as the Rottweiler directly accusing her of being a liar. . . fascinating.
