I genuinely don't understand why he does that. And it's not only at "team" level, when the losing team's performance is being dissected it's all "This was total crap!", "This was unbelievable!!", "I can't believe you were so incredibly cretinous!" to indivduals. Basically hyperbole, hyperbole, and hyperbole. There's no recognition of the fact that they're being tasked to do stuff in 2 or 3 days that would take most companies weeks to plan for.
