Maybe there's a whoosh parrot winging my direction as I type but...
The Aldi advert for tea with the old biddy and her pooch.
The thing I take from that is that Aldi's tea tastes so foul that you can't tell when the tea is clock cold leftovers from some ball licking dog.
It's a follow up from the one they did last year. In the previous one the old lady tells you how much her husband likes xyz brand tea, but also likes Aldi tea. After a long pause she announces that she much prefers a bottle of gin instead. The Aldi advert for tea with the old biddy and her pooch.

So in this one she's pretending to enjoy the tea her husband made but is feeding it to the dog so it looks like she drank it (whilst she's probably still swigging the gin on the side instead)

The headphones advert with Cesc Fabregas (he plays for Barcelona) in it. He's on the bus and the fans are going mental outside, with a look of utter contempt - which sums up top flight football perfectly for me - he puts his headphones on and blanks them all out, then gets off the bus and hurries past ignoring them all (they've probably been there for ages to get a glimps of their heroes) to get to the changing room as quickly as possible.
He just comes across as a spoilt brat who thinks he's better than everyone else, which I don't think is what the manufacturers are try to convey...

I think the idea is he's the visiting team and is using the headphones to blank out the abuse? He just comes across as a spoilt brat who thinks he's better than everyone else, which I don't think is what the manufacturers are try to convey...
I think I have posted this before - but they continue - Any advert for very popular super minis or MPV's which state - "Stand out from the crowd, be different - buy our very popular crappy looking car that millions have already bought'
Kind of like getting a tattoo done to a design that every other person seems to have, to be 'different'....

I cant beleive nobody has mentions the Mad Bid advert with the Postman with the strange accent. "Will i be deliovering you a car tomorrow sir"? since when do postmen deliver cars? It is the cheapest advert ever made. check it out on youtube if you have not seen it.
'Carn I arsk....' Yes very annoying. It also doesn't mention the hundreds of pounds he's spent on bidding on these places.Gassing Station | TV, Film, Video Streaming & Radio | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
