fking advert for the Android version of Siri called 'Cortana'. Whoever the fk those pricks are, they are apparently a band we are meant to have heard of. The main spokesprick for this band carries on a conversation with a phone who appears to have slightly more personality than him. This excruciatingly flirty attempt at a Turing test finishes by him saying 'You made me laugh Cortana'.

At this point I want to hurl my TV out the window like a comically oversized frisbee.
Yse, this is terrible, I can only assume they're not really comfortable acting. Unless they're acting as people being forced to say really terrible things very clearly so that the speech recognition can make them out, in which case they're really good at it.

"Show me the sales forecast" springs to mind.

The one where the dad picks up his daughter and they break into a singing / jam session?

Saw that last night during Person of Interest and thought WTF is that all about.

This has to be the worst for a while, so bad that I won't even consider a quote from Allianz in future. Freaks!

The HTC phone advert with a some annoying hipster types prancing around the place, including an art gallery in some sort of faux Ferris Bueller knock-off, generally being annoying hipster types. Extra hipster points for rollerskating down the street in a blue 3-piece suit, no doubt on the way to a coffee shop to connect to the free wi-fi.

The hate is then compounded with the tag line at the end of 'one life, live it'. Well quite, do they not know that IT'S. JUST. A. PHONE. One life, live it - presumably with your head down glued to a bloody screen all day long communicating purely by text rather than actually speaking to people. It seems it's more important to make sure people see you're having a good time living your one life rather than actually having a good time.

The ridiculous Skoda vRS advert; customised prams with huge wheels, some bint with a fire hose instead of a garden hose etc, and they're all jealous of some berk in a vRS, except the illustrative shots of the stupidly large alloy wheels reveal that the emperor, if not lacking in clothes is certainly lacking in stopping power, with the relative size of the wheels and discs making the brakes look tiny and lost in the middle. No doubt the ride quality will be pants too.

This, I truely detest this ad. They should have a sequel where they end up as a burning mess due to the ccensoredsocket driving not paying attention to the road... acensoreds!

Anecdotally as soon as I saw this thread near the top of "What's New" I though "Best it's that fking awful Allianz advert".

I know Meerkats have nothing to do with car insurance but at least there's some kind of story, theme, something you can find redeeming in it.

I'd love to meet the folks that came up with that and whoever signed off on it just to ask what they were smoking, it's that bad.

What about the one where they are painting a shed, blonde girl in a red dress dances a little jig while they do it, quick pause for her to stick her tongue out and then she continues dancing a jig again. Does she need the toilet or something ? either way what the fk is that all about ?
