Ingredients:
- Cloudy, cold Sunday afternoon - Duvet - Sainsbury's 'Basics' popcorn (96p) - United 93 - Tropic Thunder
I thought United 93 was incredible (subject matter aside). Knowing what was going to happen created immense tension, and my heart was pounding watching it.
The final scene was hard to watch - I won't deny I had a lump in my throat (missus was blubbing). Astonishing stuff.
Thankfully we had Tropic Thunder to follow - pretty amusing. Didn't realise Tom Cruise was in this...he was hilarious. Downey Jnr stole the show though.
Anyone else watch anything good over the weekend?

I bought Step Brothers on DVD!
Seen it a few times before, but I'm sure the bonus material will be worth the purchase!

Day The Earth Stood Still - Quite dire, more like a Green Party documentary than Hollywood 'Blockbuster'.
Transporter 3 - Totally silly, but very enjoyable
Wall-E - Enjoyable, but what is it with Hollywood and hatred of the Human Race of late!
