I did wonder if he was gay, if you think about it he does come across quite camp at times.

I watched the Modern Warfare episode of Community and it's good stuff, nice timing to have another programme to have several series to watch as TBBT, US Office, Modern Family, Justified have all finished.

The last two episodes of series two have kind of a modern warfare episode theme as well.

Also conspiracy theories and interior design is hilarious.

Tried 30 Rock?

Cannot believe he's 39, I always thought he was in his early twenties.
I know, I woulda said his character age, which is late 20s I think.

Really liked the latest episode. Sheldon drinking might be a big changer, his 'rib ticklers' were both funny and flat, which made the funnier.biggrin

Was that an anti-German think from Howard?

I noticed that the repeat on Sunday on C4 chopped out some of the riskier items. C4 have a bloody cheek.

Still love Penny.

What episode is that?
I've seen the end of season 5 and the only time I recall him drunk is in season 1.

When a virgin "Cuba Libre" was a "little slutty" - And I remember that without even looking it up...

I notice that too, they didn't appear to want to broadcast the word "prostitute". It totally killed the whole the point of the episode though. C4 do the same thing to The Simpsons.

Bought the box set of series 1-4 having not seen any before, series 1 done and I've not laughed so much at a TV series for a while. Amazed that each episode is less than 20mins without adds etc. though.

Can you imagine 'wker' (one Simpsons episode) being broadcast in the afternoon?

It's called "the grasshopper experiment" or similar. About episode 5 I think. Raj finds out he can talk to women if he's drunk.

I'm about halfway through the first series of Community while looking for a TBBT substitute.

It's absolutely dire?!

I was thinking that but didn't want to say, I have reached episode 5 and I'm not sure I want to go further.

Have you tried Modern Family? It's my second fave after TBBT, everything about it is ace. There is also 30 Rock for something a little less surreal than Community, and I am just getting into the US Office.

I have seen one episode of modern family also third rock but I'm not a great TV person and generally only try and watch something that has been recomended. Big bang was watched due to my kids interest and I was gripped immediately.

I need something else that will have that same attraction.

Well I recommend the above, they are the only sitcoms I watch at the moment.
In preference they are;
1;TBBT
=2;Modern Family
=2;The US Office
3; 30 Rock
