It's the same every year more or less.
The Americans have a break in showings for Thanksgiving, then a brief spurt, one episode this year, then a break for Christmas, then another brief spurt, again one episode, then a break for some reason, Martin Luther King day?
After that they hire in Murray Walker and Go! Go! Go!
I agree it's an arse.

Just watched the one about the last episode of Fun With Flags.
Good grief. They must read the script and know it's going to be st.
The only smile it raised was when the professor said about how his apartment is what you get for winning the Nobel Prize. That was it.
Not much point in filming it in front of a live studio audience anymore.

Well, she's just charming.Never heard her proper voice before (had always assumed Bernadette's voice wasn't it).

Not my cup of tea to be honest with you, either in the show or in real life.
I'm getting faintly annoyed by the fact her personality on the show has changed ~100% since the show started.I'm starting to wonder if the makers have had enough and they want the show to get canned, if only they can make it bad enough.
I don't think I laughed once on Thursday.

Yeah, I know what you mean - she's gone from "I'm nice to EVERYONE" about 3 series ago to passive aggressive / verging on the psychotic - I don't mind character progression - a series as long as TBBT has to have it - but there was no evolution or reasoning - it was like the writers decided someone small with a sweet voice would be really funny if they were really aggressive so it happened and they pretend she's always been that way. I would like to see more of Emily but I do still wonder where this series is going - I cannot for the life of me work out why, even though they're engaged, Penny and Leonard still live apart. Yes, Sheldon is clearly bat st crazy, but seriously, MTFU and move out: Hot (well, sortof) Penny or nutcase Sheldon... It's a toughie
I know what happens in the latest US episode, but even so

To be fair to the writers, before she was working in pharmaceutical she was a student and part-timing as a waitress. The world of work toughens a lot of people up, I think that's what they did with her character. Money gone to her head etc... Of course I could be wrong, but the GCSE Media Studies student within me would go with that theory...
The character change happened over a very few episodes when the writers thought it would be funny to have her turn into Howard's mother.Gassing Station | TV, Film, Video Streaming & Radio | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
