From what I understand they've already signed up for series 10 (we're on 9 now I think) with the possibility of a series 11 so they need something after the spoiler you mentioned unless some of the cast leave at that point and they reboot it a bit?

It does seem very tired now, the hit rate of good episodes compared to filler is getting lower and lower but those good episodes do turn up every now and again.

I'd always assumed that the Len & Pen wedding would be the finale event, they could even spend a whole season building upto it like they did with HIMYM.

But they've wasted that opportunity now, so we're left with either a Sh-amy Wedding, a Len-Pen divorce or heaven forbid a baby.

I haven't watched Big Bang for ages now. It was just too disappointing and as they are likely to keep whipping it while it has a faint pulse, I expect it to get really bad before they pull the plug.

I bet it's a grisly affair being in the studio audience waiting for the laugh sign.

The one in the log cabin? I enjoyed that one, at least the parts in the cabin, the parts with the others was just tedious but the seemed to be over pretty quickly.

Yes that one. I enjoyed it, but it definitely wasn't a return to form.

Over the weekend, E4 showed a bunch of late Series 1 episodes back-to-back.

Pure comedy gold.

I know I'm repeating myself, but it really cast the more recent episodes in a very unfavourable light.

I've just been doing that with Castle and reached the same conclusion, with the earlier BBT episodes we had more comedy than soap opera
