A date would be useful, if anyone knows.

An OK episode this evening - it looks like they are setting up for a big episode next week.....

I enjoyed the dialogue between Sheldon and Penny.

E4 showed my favourite episode last night,so I watched it twice.

"The pirate solution".

so many hilarious lines in that one and the section with the Eye of the tiger music just makes me LOL...ALOT.

Raj..."Work with you"

Sheldon..."FOR me"

They've really picked their game up the last few episodes.

Sheldon and Penny was interesting.

Penny is just so bloody miserable all the time now, a stark contrast to the earlier episodes.

I completely lost track of when the new series was on, it seemed to be all over the place. All I can ever find is repeats now.

I was just thinking the same thing the other night. There was a warmth to her character that just doesn't seem to be there at the moment.

I know American sitcoms are supposed to let their characters 'grow' but this series the programme has certainly lost some of its charm.

Was watching the episode from last week (where Howard's mother dies) last night and Penny was doing her washing, yet again in her huge lumberjack shirt. It got me thinking what happened to her doing the washing in short shorts and a vest top like every other series frown

Maybe, Samson style, her charm was in her hair.

They've had loads of breaks in the US. I assume they're tracking the breaks there

Up the gut?

I am getting annoyed with her character now. She has lost that girl next door appeal and has now almost become expendable.

And please stop pulling that pouting, tongue out expression.

It was a good episode and I think there were good laughs, the interaction between Penny and Sheldon is so much better than any interactions between any other character, and there was genuine warmth there - However, I caught some early episodes and she is a far more likeable character. Perhaps, as said, it's in the hair.

The Zombie bit suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked though....

I'm really struggling with it at the moment frown

I think what is exacerbating the problem is that I keep catching some of the older re-runs with the characters much more like they were originally intended. Although it wasn't laugh a minute back then either, it was, IMO of course, much better then the newer episodes.

I'm glad they are all growing up and moving on (except Penny: show some flesh and grow that hair back!!!!) but the laughs just aren't there now they've matured and settled down.

It's just a case of who has a baby first. If it's Sheldon and Amy, that might just save the show, lol.
