Very funny. The main chap is watchable, especially taking on that German landlordIron Maiden - Flight 666 is pretty good.
As is The Song Remains the Same - Led Zeppelin.
Here's one of the songs:

How the hell has nobody mentioned Velvet Goldmine? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120879/
I watched Velvet Goldmine the other night. A little weird but I can see why it's a cult classic. When you read about the background to it and on whom the main characters are modelled it makes it more relevant. Nice to hear some Marc Bolan and even a little Steve Harley in a great movie score. There was even Gary Glitter and "do you want to touch me" at one point which they may have regretted later. A youngish Toni Collette in all her glory too...... Ozone said:
Breaking Glass is quite good. Oh and The Commitments, not rock though.
Breaking Glass is great, but looks very dated now. Worth watching, if onyl for "will you" - one of the saddest Sax solos ever!!!Love the Commitments as well...
Maybe not a film as such, but one of the greatest muso docs Ive seen of late is surely "this may get loud"...
