Apart from being fairly well entertained by a number of topics in The Lounge in my lunch hour, I was also re-living my youth on EweTube watching some old cartoon snippets.

My favourite of all when I was a young'un, was Jimbo and the Jetset. Followed closely by Thundercats.

My question is, what are your favourite cartoons or cartoon characters from the past? Reasons for this choice should be supported by examples of weaponry/special powers etc.

Ulysses. Loved it as a kid, bought it a few years back and it's still watchable, due to the strength of Greek mythes they're based on.
