Don't like the new Doctor, so haven't watched the latest series, probably won't be watching this unless in desperation at the lack of anything else on.

The Daleks are not in the special, (and seeing as they've been completely ruined by the design team I'm rather pleased they are not appearing). Neither are the Cybermen.

Steven Moffat has also said that there are no old monsters in Series 6.

This years Christmas episode is based aroud "A Christmas Carol", am looking forward to it, and am hoping my family can shut up for an hour or so when it's on.

If the rumours are true then it will be a mix of both, with the New Parody Daleks being the "officer class", with the bronze Daleks being the soldiers (probably with a different colour scheme).
