I felt we saw barista the bold from the book but obviously an older version. Just too much too fight. I hope he is able to recover but things above may say other wise but if he is killed it will make the whole queen daenerys story arch interesting and there have been a few changes so fan. Will be interesting too see how sir jorah and tyrion go as thats atleast loosly following the books

I like jamie and bronns story how it is progressing and where it will take us.

John and mellisandre story took a nice naked twist aswell(that god she doesnt have a no nude contaract or atleast a body double) and I think hos story will end where the books are.

Cersci is definately going the way the books portrayed her but in a different way.

I surprised that no one has mentioned cersi's risk taking. One of the most imoral characters in Kings landing suggesting to the high sparrow that all sinners are fair game!

Danerys certainly has some problems now, and not easy to solve either.

I like the subtle ways we are being told about the other side of Rhaegar Targaryen, all we have had up to now is Roberts warped view, but Baristan showed us the other side of the story.

Yep. Not all bad. Just a bit mental!

Dany was always heading for a fall - she's not had it easy but everything has worked out for her so far. She's going to need to learn to be pragmatic in her application of her principles, but I think it could come back strong for her now that she's less strong - the noble's son seems to have the right idea, and if she can work with Tyrion he has the nouse to capitalise on any small win.

Melisandre working Jon Snow was good, I'm now firmly in the Baratheon camp!

It'll be interesting to see how Littlefinger comes out of things when back at Kings Landing. His machinations are becoming more complex, his brothel has been wrecked (which is a big source of information/influence?), and his hold on the Vale isn't particularly strong... Winner or dead? For me, depends on if he can 'help' with the Crown's money worries. The Iron Bank kicking arse and getting involved could be fun...

Jon Snow at a dinner party hehe Very funny. My daughter and I are big GoT fans and found it very laugh out loud.

I don't think either of them are dead at all. If you watch, it appears Greyworm saves him from getting his throat slit by stabbing the harpy at the least moment.

Edit: Online wikis say he is dead, so maybe that's him done.

Cersei's incest seems to have been ignored by the high sparrow, though Tommen was certainly getting it thick from the crowd. Joffrey would have had a boat made from their hides! I guess power corrupts everyone, but yeah- playing with fire!

I can only imagine Tyrion is going to show up ASAP and start helping Dany outwile the Sons of the Harpy because right now she looks screwed. Unless she goes apest and really does kill the masters. If Friendzone can fix this somehow I reckon that might let him keep his head.

It's funny how little she seems to have grown in leadership compared to Jon Snow- when Jon was being all clueless and loved up she was laying waste to her enemies and outwitting slave masters. Now she seems paralyzed.

I like the juxtaposition between Jon beheading Slynt (itself a collage of the justice of Ned Stark in Ep 1 and his later betrayal) and cementing his position, and Danerys having her dude beheaded and her whole world turning even more chaotic.

not only that but she's pretty much on the verge of allowing/instigating a religious war... that cannot end well!

Cersei's obviously made a mistake, her desperate need to destroy the Tyrell's base will be her undoing.
And so much happened...anyone else feel sorry for Mace? That tt Trant is obviously going to be 'protecting' Mace in his special way. I hope Arya catches up with him before he can 'protect' Mace.

I'm thinking on Tommen, great scenes that remind us he is still a kid, and pretty fking useless. Like the Kings that England has had. Richard 2 was useless, but turned it around eventually. I doubt Tommen will live that long. Poor old Marg having that useless item to look after her...still, could be worse...could be Joff. biggrin

I won't lie - this is one of the best articles the guys at work have done. Game of Thones car(t)s with a bit of car industry jargon mixed in. It made me smirk at least…

I think he's dead, but he definitely didn't get his throat cut. An old man like Barristan isn't going to survive that many wounds.
