isn't there a possibility of melisandra being back at castle black to resurrect JS?
clearly stannis wasn't THE ONE true king, otherwise he'd have beaten the boltons...
S05 was a bit dissapointing bit too much positioning and whole elements could have been written out with no impact whatsoever....the high sparrow storyline for example imho added nothing to the story.
if JS is dead who am I going to root for? mind you, hardly any point in attaching too much allegiance to anyone is there....

Are you mad?It helped get Cersei naked!
I'd put money on JS being resurrected, but I highly doubt it'll be next season.
With such a main character being killed off there needs to be a break in time before he/she returns.
Regarding Mel backing Stannis as the One True Kind etc all this time, I haven't seen any mention of the other priestess that Tyrion and Varys saw preaching in the market square when they arrived in Pentos - she was preaching the Lord of Light but also backing Dany, if I recall, and not Stannis.
And let's not forget, the first scene of season 5 when Cersei gets her future from the witch.. one of the predictions is that she'll have three golden-haired children who will all die, so Tommen's days are certainly numbered.
But, she also says that '..her reign will not last: she will be queen, but eventually a younger and more beautiful queen is fated to take her place, along with everything she holds dear.' - I'd read that as Marge, but she was thrown in prison before Cersei, so maybe she'll be out eventually and take back her place as queen?

Hopefully season 6 will be the return of the ruthless jaimie lannister. He seems to have gone off the boil but now with his dead daughter and with whats happening to cersei I can see some serious wrath coming from the lannisters!
unfortunately until he learns to fight with his wrong hand (or until he gets a modded version of one of these )
he'll be useless in combat

Bronn pointed out to him the effectiveness of using his gold hand as a defence/blocker. When they fought the Dornish horseman.
It did save his life when he caught a sword with it. His lack of hand also seems to have made him slow for some reason. A fighter shouldn't lose the instict IMO.Tbh, for effectiveness in combat he'll need something else than a gold hand.
Gold in itself is way too heavy and a nice slice from a sword will leave a big dent, so it wouldn't be durable in combat at all.
His best bet imho would be to master his left hand and have something that is viable as a secondary/defensive on his right arm.

A Valyrian steel hand, on the other hand...Gold in itself is way too heavy and a nice slice from a sword will leave a big dent, so it wouldn't be durable in combat at all.
(No, not the other hand, the hand, as in *the* hand. Oh.... YKWIM)

Season 6 will be all about magic as Bran Stark is due back from his training and Arya will become all cat like as is supposed to be.
I would suspect that Bran will learn some sort of firey magic so he can burn walkers.
Also theres to my knowledge 3 direwolfs for Bran to control. Assuming Aryas comes back and Jons wasn't killed.
