Oh my god biggrin

Just watched it before work, so much going on in that trailer. At lunch I'll try to watch one of those breakdown videos on YouTube where they analyse each clip as there's bits I probably missed.

Noticed Bran with the White King too in there...
Was he standing up in that scene?

Looks like he was standing up then turned around.

Might've been a dream or vision he was having though.

Emergency awesome has done his breakdown on YouTube, quite insightful if you can deal with his dulcet tones hehe

Very much looking forward to this!

I wouldn't look into in-depth analysis of that stuff to be honest, I'd rather as much as possible is kept a mystery.

At this point Necrophilia wouldn't even be a step too far for GOT. The more gory the show the better!

My favourite:

85. Kristofer Hivju (Tormund) broke all four of the prop sticks he was given to beat the Lord of Bones to death with in episode eight.

"75. The shot they used of Theon reacting to Sansa being raped was simply a wide shot they filmed for coverage, and wasn’t intended as his close-up at all. When they saw Alfie Allen’s performance, they went in closer to it and used that.

He's one of the best actors in it.
Apparently they like to kid him that he's gets written out and wind the st outta him. biggrin

edit.
"Alfie Allen originally auditioned for the role of Jon Snow, and was later cast as Theon Greyjoy"

I've got a mate who has been up four times, onece was for JS, the last time was for the Martell guy who got squished. Got a mate who went up for both Rorge and the big cannibal from Hardholme.

I thought the Dorne visit seemed a bit tacked on and it looks like it was. I promise not to go on another rant about Barristan dying in EP4. biggrin

Spoilers....

Does what Ian McShane has revealed really count as a spoiler?

I am responsible for bringing somebody back that you think you're never going to see again. I'll leave it at that

and

They asked me if I wanted to do Game of Thrones and I said, 'Sure, I'll be able to see my old pals Charlie Dance and Stephen Dillane' and they said, 'No, we've killed them off.' I wasn't sure whether I could commit, but then they said it would only be for one episode, so I said, 'So that means I must die at the end of it. Great, I'm in.'

Nope, not IMHO

Do totally love that he said its just about tits & dragons biggrin

Am getting very upset that the 'media' just refer to him as the star of Deadwood!

are we allowed to speculate on this thread now that we're all up to date?

Just in case (and I'm sure it's been mentioned before)...

IIRC Ian Mc is going to be a red-priest (and there's going to be another female one for Melisandre to be pissed off with) given that they have resurrected in the past it's really not great shakes to foresee this happening again this season for Jon s

John Snow is unequivocally dead.

His body may be resurrected as someone else, such has been the theory / rumour for a long time, but the most recent trailer shows Melissandre realising her prophecy etc was wrong.

I think most likely what this new actor means by his quote is that he'll feature in flashback(s), which we've already seen snippets of in the trailer. There's so history that needs to be covered in this upcoming season so we'll probably get more flashbacks than we have previously.
