About time!

Bloody great wasn't it?

That final scene!

I couldn't watch the scene with the dogs, I knew it was coming. Roose getting killed wasn't exactly a downer was it? hehe

Enjoyed the little time travel sequence with Bran, hopefully see some more of that to fill in some story!

And what happened to Hodor!?

And is Tommen going to lose Margery and become a total psychopath?

And Yay! Roose got his! smile Was a little sad that he didn't croak or flail around a bit more like Rob Stark.

Walder Frey is st out of friends up north now!

And book readers now have lots of boring Iron Island masochism to lord over us. hehe

Was a little disappointed that they didn't execute Jon Snow's killers on the spot, that little kid needs to be killed quick before he becomes a full grown nutter. I love how he wears his "I hate you!" scowl through every shot now. laugh

I thought it was coming - it was just a shock that it happened then. The infanticide was mother being killed was grim... As has been mentioned before though Ramsey is a very dangerous person - how the fk the northern lords are going to cope with him is going to be interesting!

Was saying to Mrs I that they'd leave Jon Snow to next week as a cliff-hanger and then BAMMM! There it is!

There I was thinking this is a bit slow then.....

Lots happened.

Is Theon going to upset the applecart over in the iron islands. He is technically the heir, right. But that priest dude mentioned something that sounded like a trial of some sort. So, he has nothing to lose.

I'm slightly disappointed they brought Jon back its makes his death seem like an end of season cliffhanger rather than part of the plot. I liked it that no one was safe and now it seems like Jon's future proofed.

Iron rule isn't hereditary, after the ruler dies the captains hold a ceremony and elect their new leader.

Once elected they have absolute power though.

Anyone else think the final scene was very 'Doctor Who/Jack Harkness' ?

Knowing this show they'll probably kill him again, half way through the next episode, for good. laugh

Jon sits up - "I'm alive, I'm ALIVE!"
A startled Ghost rips his throat out.

After seeing some status updates earlier today I was looking forward to this episode. Was everyone watching a different one to me? I thought it all rather predictable. I must be the only one who is left a little disappointed.

Other dude said he lost a little of himself each time he was ressurected. I'd love it if Jon woke up, ran into the courtyard in his pants and shouted HODOOOOOOOOR!

He'll undoubtably be changed in some plotty way. Like Sansa will get there and he won't know who she is or something because he's actually Azor Ahai/last hero posessing Jon.

Is Jon still held to his vows then or not?

I wonder if he is freed, Sansa rides up to him and then the war engine mobilises?

I liked it. Theres clearly so much yet to happen, but we get one nice episode which isn't utter misery from start to finish. There was more joy in Brans vision than in 4/5ths of series 5!

Holy st that was a good one biggrin

Actually cheered when the giant smashed through the gate followed by the Wildlings!

I was on edge for the Jon Snow scenes, expected it to be a 'sorry, I tried but no luck' but the camera was dwelling on him for ages, then suddenly - GASP.

Fantastic. Really eager to see who he is though, whether he'll be just as before, or someone completely different.

Also, Ramsay you mad SOB!!

My view is that Ramsay with the Boltons and the Karstarks will now march on the wall as they know Sansa is heading there. However, they don't know that there's very big wilding army there and Jon was killed/resurrected so they'll view him as some sort of diety now! Plus if the rest of the North hears that Sansa and Jon are marching on Winterfell they'll rise to join them me thinks.

None of this takes into account where Little Finger is with an army from the Vale!
