Down the Kingsroad and cross at the Crossroads Inn then go west, I think Robb chose to cross at the Twins because the Crossroads Inn crossing was too close to Tywin's forces when he was at Harrenhal when they travelled to Riverrun for his grandfather's funeral.

A small number could use a boat elsewhere too, like she did with Jamie.
Sorry, not quite sure how I missed this!

It's taken me a while to do the research, but wrt Jon & Meera being twins theory; both characters are described quite differently in the books to how they appear on screen.

Doesn't mean it's not a good theory of course - twins don't have to be similar looking & it could be a clue the Show wants to give.

Frack me, I've done some reading on George's creation in the past week.

Realised why Jaquen speaks as he does! biggrin

I read up on the history, the treekids and the first men signed a peace accord...and then the white walkers came later, so did the treekids try and pull a swift one? biggrin

Arya smiling where everyone else is stone faced- Cersei's walk of shame? She is so totally not going to kill that actress!hehe

Yeah the children had made peace with the first men when the WW appeared, so possibly a case of the children shooting themselves in the face. Unless they knew about the Andals/Dragons in advance and thought they needed their own WMD.

Came cross an interview from Arya and Sansa from April.
They tease two truths and one lie about what is coming up, don't read it if you don't want speculation.

There were no plot reasons for Daario being recast. Ed Skrein was contracted for multiple seasons, he chose to fk them over to go be an action movie star. Which has basically involved being in a st reboot of the Transporter and a st villain role in Deadpool.

He is a rubbish actor and a poor choice as he didn't look anything like Daario who has blue hair in the books. At least the current guy has some swagger and can act.

Sorry to quote myself, but looking at the first image again where Arya has that goofy grin- that looks a lot like a seriously unimpressed Waif next to her. Does she kill the wrong person again? laugh I'm thinking she's going to seriously ps off the faceless men and then be running for the rest of her life!

its fascinating stuff.

I read somewhere that some members of the main cast have never met as the locations are so far apart - genius storytelling and direction to keep it all real and flowing nicely....

Just read an interesting theory about the 'pink letter'. There's a good case for it being sent by Littlefinger, the 'Come and see' phrase was something he used when he gave the falcon to Robin Arran. It would also suggest that he was the one that persuaded the Umbers to give Rikkon to Ramsay, this would give him someone close to Ramsay (Umber) that would give him a measure of control. Littlefinger loves chaos and setting Jon Snow against Ramsay Bolton is perfect for this, the battle will leave whoever is victorious in a weakened state allowing Littlefinger to easily take control of the North using the Vale army. The fact that we never see Ramsay writing the letter in either the TV show or in the books is another clue.

I keep switching between loving and hating him. When he threw Cat's sister through the moon door and all the pieces fell into place in my mind he briefly became my favourite character. If he survives to complete his arc I can certainly see him sitting on the Iron Throne before being "King of Westeros" becomes meaningless.

I think it's only right he dies in some unpredictable way, too- some butterfly effect that comes back to bite him like Lord Arryn having him killed for not bringing him a dragon for his Name Day.

It's not a secret, just that he's from one of the free cities, Lorath, where the aristocracy speak with indefinite pronouns, it's probably not important but I found it interesting, I thought it was a Faceless man thing.
