a few observations, assuming that Theon and Yara are on the way to Daenery.

Theon has been mutilated and given a insulting name in the same way as the Unsullied, he could regain something from meeting Grey Worm & the Unsullied.

Yara and Daenery actually have quite a lot in common, both having earned their place as leaders in patriarchal cultures.

I keep switching between loving and hating him. When he threw Cat's sister through the moon door and all the pieces fell into place in my mind he briefly became my favourite character. If he survives to complete his arc I can certainly see him sitting on the Iron Throne before being "King of Westeros" becomes meaningless.

I think it's only right he dies in some unpredictable way, too- some butterfly effect that comes back to bite him like Lord Arryn having him killed for not bringing him a dragon for his Name Day.
I don't think the Pink Letter was written by LF, it's Ramsay speech.
I also don't reckon King's Landing will be long for this world, Danni had a vision of a destroyed Red Keep, and st is going down in the capital, there are still 10s of thousands of pots of wildfire there.

Yeah Kings landing is roofless and frozen in Dany's vision. But I reckon Littlefinger is still a good bet to sit there before it's gone. If the WW/Dragons didnt exist he'd make it, I'm sure.

As it stands, I can see him splitting the Stark forces as they swan around the wouth of the North trying to gain influence whilst fighting the Boltons. The Boltons and their allies meanwhile take the bait and expose themselves to the Vale armies who win the North Lock, Stock & barrel, with the Starks homeless.

Then the WW breakthrough and the victory is meaningless, Peters forces abandon the north and the Starks flee to an abandoned/weak Winterfell which is seemingly a poor move, but proves to be one of the few safe havens as the WW crush everyone.

I hope Tommen gets to do something memorable before he dies. And I like the idea of Lord Arryn giving up the vale for a shot on a dragon, like his forbear.

Visions of characters in books/movies are usually rather open to interpretation though! Is it what will happen? What might happen? A warning? A symbolic meaning for something else? The reader/viewer often doesn't know.

But isn't it just going to boil down to a massive Dragons and wildfire vs WW in the end? A story of Fire and Ice.

PS Just before posting saw that Android auto (in)correct had altered that to Fire and Iceland, stuff me FFS don't cast Andre and Katona.

I assumed that she would kill the bloke who played Ned Stark on stage.... Just, you know, because..... Then spare the actress as she is kind/nice...

It's a song of ice and fire, and some people think that the song is Jon Snow.

Also. The vision had snow in the Red Keep....

That could be the white walkers have taken over. Didn't the new red priestess say that Danny's dragons would beat back the night? While at the same time Melisandra thinks Jon Snow will.

The red priests will have their eggs in many baskets. If just one becomes Azor Ahai should that come to fruition the Lord of Light will be by his/her side.

From someone not reading the book, the episode with the "tower of joy" gave me a suspicion and this episode nearly confirmed it for me.
I think Meera is as much Howland's daughter as Jon is Ned's.

The fact that bran could be the architect of all of it is interesting but I really hope not.

Oh, and there's 3 dragons.

Black: Targaryen
Red: Lannister
Green: Reed? biggrin

Theory:

Bran could be the Lord of Light, talking to Varys through the fire.
We all know it's about interpretation...the interpretation of Brans messages.
The reason we are seeing this brief time in history is because it's the birth of Bran...the one with the power to make it all happen.

Bran yelling out to Ned during the Tower of Joy scene was the moment where Bran realizes that he can change the past. The Bloodraven starts acting shifty when pressed about it and won't give him a straight answer, but in this episode, we see the Bloodraven encourage Bran to warg into Hodor in the past. Thus, the Bloodraven acknowledges that Bran must alter the past in order for this story to unfold.

Bran is The Architect. He not only builds the wall, but he builds this entire story. He's the one who tells Rhaegar that he needs to give birth to a child. He whispers to the Mad King. He makes Varys the Spider. He communicates with the Red Priestesses to help them fulfill the prophecy. This story is Bran's life work. The last Stark heir reaching out from a doomed future to save the past.

That is why a Stark must always be at Winterfell - to ensure Bran is born.

All viable theories having seen them on Twitter/ Westeros.org/google.
Any could come true but the most concrete theory which has nearly came to fruitition is R+L=J which is good.
Kind of glad people get on to these things but also not because I like reading up on Game of Thrones so the theories stay in my mind. I'd rathher watch week in week out and then one day have the thing happen in an episode and cause the huge shock factor like HODOR did. Like no one seen that coming apart from a couple of people a few years ago.
