I think, Nights Watch aside, Rob was the last "goodie" to die. Maybe you could count Oberyn, but his death was hardly unexpected and his goodness wasnt really super apparent when he stood in for Tyrion.
Disagree about Oberon, what about mance and Hodor?

I meant Until not When. Yeah I guess Hodor, and I forgot about Shireen of course, but none of them ever really felt to me that they were going to do some great good.

Stannis did I guess, but things were going wrong gor him almost continually!

Oberyn was actually part of a greater plot, but I think the TV show ignored it.

Any else notice that in Brans vision we see wildfire exploding in the tunnels? Thats never happened in the past so can only mean it's going to happen in the future. Could that be how Kings landing is reduced to rubble? I could see both the faith militant or Cersei blowing the city up.

Cersei in my opinion has gone insane and views anyone close to her family as a threat like the mad king did. If something/someone were to do anything to Tommen to take him away from her I could see her taking out the whole damn city.

As we've seen a dragon flying over King's Landing, Wildfire exploding (and we know there's still plenty stored there) and Dany standing in a ruined throne room, my betting is when she finally lands there, it all kicks off and Drogon ignites it during his attack, reducing the place to ash..

It's only time before the commoners of Kings Landing rebel for/alongside the Faith Militant I think.
Joffrey was hated by the KLs common people and I don't see why Cersei and others would be likened any different.

Tommen/Margery seem genuinely popular with the proles and the church. For the first time in ages, Kings Landing actually looks safe...

So I can imagine you're right. hehe Dany coming with her freedom, etc, but blowing up KL and killing the most loved leader since Rhaegar.

King's Landing looks like a tinder box.

Cersei and her desperate clinging to power/son.

Queen of Thorns and her protégé granddaughter

Looney toon duckig mad as a box of weasels fighter for the Great Good {GREATER GOOD} High Sparrow

Not to mention there's architect of chaos Littlefinger scheming around the edges

And we've not even got into dragon bh across the sea, demented halfman and his merman adviser, and a sttonne of ice zombies in the North...have I left anything out...oh, 1,000 ships of raping and reaving Iron-born...anything else?

If Tommen takes on the Mountain, who is next in line? Lancel? Gendry?

Really helpful reminder/guide to the Walder Frey, Blackfish (nee Waterwhistle), Edmure, Tully storyline if like me you became a little confused at the resurrection of characters from previous seasons...

Arya poisoned the rum, then the waif, disguised as Arya, knocked it out of the actresses hands, so that Arya would fail, not knowing that Arya, now disguised as the waif, was watching......

....probably.

yup - the bankers of the Iron Bank need the Lannisters to pay their debts and much as we don't like Dorne they could be moving too

Daenerys could easily join up with Dorne forces.

Daenerys probably has the largest army left anywhere now. Hopefully she'll sweep through some places on her way back to Mereen.

I think she should hang out with the Dothraki more than spend time in her pyramid, far less likely to get a knife in your back or poison in your tea.

Can you disguise yourself as someone if you haven't already had their face donated in the house of black and white?

I suppose you could kill someone and steal their face...will Arya steal the face of the waif....that reminds me of that interview Arya gave.

yes but probably not. She wants to conquer everywhere in Westeros, not co-manage it

Dorne didn't fall to the Targaryans before. Unbowed Unbent Unbroken are their words for a reason. They were "conquered" through a marriage iirc
