richtea78 said: One thing that had me wondering was when Jaime said he felt there were 3 people in the Kingdom who could beat him in a fight. Im fairly sure he doesnt say that in the books.
If I had to pick the 3 Id go for Barristan, Oberon and The Hound. The Mountain would lose out due to his stamina and size slowing him eventually. Jaime doesnt know about Bronn and to be honest Bronn is a sell sword not a knight. Jaime clearly respects Barristan from what he said to the guy he strangled and also from the books this is added to, implied more. I recall him pondering something when Brienne is taking him back and Jaime realises how 'weak' he is? Might be wrong but Great Jon might be mentioned? As someone whose strength would last against Jaime. I agree with your first two, not the Hound. I think he is overrated slightlyoj121 said: Forgive me if I am wrong but the Hound doesnt class himself as a knight either. He despises knightly behaviour although has more honour than most. Bronn Vs hound. You really think the hound wouldnt fight as dirty as Bronn? Bronn wouldnt stand a chance against the hound. Very few men would! Jamie in my opinion refers to Barristan, the mountain and the knight of flowers. Barristans ability is well known and he was THE KNIGHT in Jamies youth. The idol if you like. The mountain is well known as being formidable and nigh on unbeatable. He is reportedly massive and that size and strength (to the point the Hound is dwarfed and scared of him) says it all. The knight of flowers is the new jamie. He is the knew kid on the block. Thats clear in the books. Have you read the books? If so.. The knight of the Flowers is defiantly not one of the three, or even top 20. It is acknowledged in the books that he isn't even the best fighter in his family. He may be the best jouster, but not fighter. The Mountain is massively overrated. The only reason Oberyn didn't kill him in less than a minute is because he wished to taunt him verbally. TMTR is great against peasants and mid level knights, but against top level competition, he would easily be out paced and undone if the knight keeps his head, and all the top knights would naturally keep their heads. Selmy, Oberyn etc. In fact, I think Bron would have killed him too but the fact was that Bron weighed up the cost/profit ratio and it didn't appeal, especially since he had enough coin to roll around in anyway. Bron would stand a very good chance against the Hound. I think morally they are similar, though Bron is more of a profit/cost calculator. The Hound also has his famous Achilles Heel which Bron would obviously utilise and dispense the Hound rather quickly, without that it would be more of an even toss. TMTR as stated is most overrated of all. I do not think the Hound is scared of him, is that said anywhere?

I've never had the impression that The Hound is scared of his brother... Only that he loathes him!

where Littlefinger tells Sansa that they are brothers at the joust, we've had that in S2 as well. there may be some more with Ayra, but my brain is 1/2 asleep

See they left a few people off as stated in the article. Baggsy a spot as an extra at the Wedding If they dont hire Brian Blessed as Tormund it will be a crime! ASOIAF forum has been taken down as well at the moment which is very frustrating Found this on my FB

OK so watched the episode now. I understand the Hound/Bronn chat, but don't see why they had a confrontation in the programme? A way to bring Bronn into it more? I did love the, 'Lancel, tell the Hound to tell the King'. I also liked the fact that the Rains of Castermere ended the episode. Nice to see that there was no talkover or stupid, 'what is next' half window. I don't know if the end of GoT is always left untouched. f king annoying habit channels have.

Does anyone else feel that after reading the books and watching season 2, this season has been over-hyped?
Dont get me wrong, its good but there seems to have been less fighting, less nakedness, less of everything yet the budget was increased

[spoiler] Red Wedding is a few weeks before Joffreys not that far apart. [spoiler]
Im pissed they killed Roxanne off, the female talent seems to be taking more than its fair share of deaths.
