Brilliant biggrin
The cast are staying in the Fitzwilliam hotel according to the lady who was our tour guide.
I'd be starstruck if I walked out of my room and seen Tywin Lannister or Peter Dinklage walk past me smile

There is a picture of Stannis, Snow, Allister Thorne and Sam.

Seems they are all in Ireland now. We spoke to the security guard at the Titanic Studios and he said they are definitely filming Thursday and Friday at the studio. Beginning of the week was elsewhere.

"What is Dead May Never Die" whistle

Seems somehow Shakespearian to have your dead Father wandering about... perhaps his song has NOT ended. scratchchin

Siriusly tho' coffee it might be he's needed for flashbacks or something of that sort. I'd write him back in just to watch Charles Dance in performance.

Maybe there's a previously unseen twin who's usurped the Papal throne... Oh, it's been done?? getmecoat

Tywin Lannister is dead, if they are following the books.

If they are, then there's a chapter where he is laying in state and honking a bit.

Perhaps they just need Charles Dance to play dead on a slab for new scenes?

Neil challenged him, ace. biggrin
Perhaps not a wise move, doing that makes your heart thump through your chest, and GRR is not young or fit. biggrin

Neil Gaiman, another great author, and also a friend of a friend.

GRR was very brave...or foolhardy....let him get back to his pies and keyboard. biggrin

Here is Neil's. biggrin

Neil Gaimen isn't in the same league as GRRM honestly.

Joe Abercrombie is the closest to him IMO

This is probably better in the book thread, but since we are now discussing different authors, have any of you read The Kingkiller Chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss? Very good story telling, 2 books so far with 1 more main book to come and several books featuring characters from the main story. Well worth trying if you need a GoT alternative. He also did an alternative version of the ice water challenge with dry ice.

Aye the King Killer Chronicles are a damned good read (and long!). I've also quite enjoyed the 1st two short stories/novels in the Ashes Saga (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/21461298-a-thirst-for-vengeance) yes it is a poor man's Kingslayer Chronicles but if you're going to aim high then do it properly and this is
