Halb, have you seen the feature about how the Giants and Mammoths were shot in 4.09?

Apparently the Giants are the two tallest people in the UK, one is just under 8 feet tall
I haven't. Though I did a bit of reading/researching on them when it aired. Neil Fingleton has been in a few things, he was in a doc about tall people years ago. And I know that Whyte has had a few roles in GoT, he was the second mountain. biggrin
GoT must have one of the tallest casts around, the shortest person in the top ten is 6'3. biggrin
If you watch carefully you can see one giant is taller than the other.
Giants episode on tonight.
Made me consider the tall cast. In the top ten, the shortest person is 6'6".😄

I can see why it might be a good thing but I don't want them to fk about with it. Otherwise you'd get S2 Walking dead or Season 3 BSG. IF they can fill 10 seasons with quality story fine but I'd rather have 7 excellent seasons than a couple of st ones at the end

I've said it before, if they want more why can't they do a prequel, Robert's Rebellion would be a good storyline and we could get Sean Bean, Charles Dance and anyone else who's dead in GoT plus all the new characters.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neIsc7aFs7Y

""Robert's Rebellion" is a collection of short videos. They provide accounts of Robert's Rebellion from different points of view, narrated, respectively, by Mark Addy as King Robert Baratheon, Harry Lloyd as Prince Viserys Targaryen, Stephen Dillane as King Stannis Baratheon, Liam Cunningham as Ser Davos Seaworth."

I think that's actually more likely than dragging this run out. Don't forget most of the key cast are only contracted for7 seasons

Perhaps. I am of the opinion they'll do a typical HBO, and have 7.5 seasons regardless, like they did with Sopranos and Mad Men. So in effect, 8 actual seasons.
I hope so!

Thanks for the link, and I agree, a season or 2 about Robert's rebellion would be fantastic! thumbup
