Lord Friendzone. Which queen was he talking about? Danny or Cersei?
I think he intends to take Tyrion to the Khaleesi and win back her favour.

Danny, it's his way 'back in.'
ALso, did you see how he slathered over the Danny we? biggrin
He is probably semi-dessicated over how many times he's banged her.

That was my thought as well but seeing as they are on the way to see her anyway I think it's going to end in disappointment.

Somehow Varys will get there first, will have an 'audience' with Daenerys and Lord FZ will be thoroughly deflated, again.

Yes, but that info did get through to the King's Council.

That's what I said the mrs, one is in decline and can see the power slipping though her fingers.
The other is a bit cocky though.
hehe

That "wine" line was epic, might as well have punched her in the face.

Best bit of the episode, I loved that bit. Valyarian steel bhes! biggrin
I know it's an heirloom and a valuable sword, but is it valyrian?

Edit: NM, just found it in the wiki, apparently it is.

IIRC, all of the houses who bent the knee recieved a VS sword from Aegon. The Lannisters lost theirs in battle, Lord Friendzone sent his back home after disgracing himself, which is why Mormont had it to give to Jon.

It's not been touched upon in the show (or the books to any great extent).

Jorah Mormont left the sword when he ran westeros (Ned wanted his head for selling slaves - which was said in earlier seasons).

The Valyrian steel was not a gift from Aegon, and I believe Ice for one is much older dating back to the Age of Heroes (the stories old Nan tells in Season 1 is of this time).

Valyrian steel (like Damascus steel) is a lost art from before the Doom of Valyria (a cataclysmic event from ages ago), no-body has had the art to make it..for dunno really, but a lot of the old/rich houses have one as an heirloom. They are probably the second rarest things in the world after dragon eggs.

Yeah, we've seen three VS weapons in the show; Ice (now split into two), Longclaw and the dagger that was used in the assassination attempt on Bran, that ended up with Littlefinger in King's Landing I think.

Did the show ever explain who was behind the assassination attempt on Bran?

in the books the character boasted "I'm no stranger to Valyrian Steel"

How old is the actor that plays the new boy king. He must be the hero of his school having to lie in bed next to a naked Maergery.

I am not sure that the show covered it, but from what I read, I think the book says it was Joffrey.

16 when it was filmed, he says that he kept his pants on but she was in the buff.

I bet he was glad of that blanket - "OK, that's a wrap. Dean, coming for lunch?" "Err, yeah, err, just give me a minute..."

A Lifetime
You would last A Lifetime in Game of Thrones! Many are born into this world, but few have the character to become a leader. Whether it is your honour, your strength, or your knowledge of the world, you have found a means to inspire the hearts of men to follow you until death. You are glory incarnate, the fire that keeps the darkness at bay. Your enemies denied your truth and they suffered for their folly, earning you a long and unchallenged reign.

Lifetime for me to. Might be a tad rigged. Or we all chose the same sensible answers.
