I'd say that some minimal s06 Jon Snow scenes may already have been filmed end of s05 filming for his return next season, resuming his role fully in s07.

The show is seeking a very impressive swordsman for the role- the best in Europe, for a week of filming fight scenes for a season 6 role. His ethnicity/race isn't specified, unlike many other roles.

Yup, realised that after looking online. Only about a page about the tower and what happened there. I can't even remember if it is even mentioned in the TV show?

Yes, it was Ned's dream. So quite how they are going to put it into the show I'm not sure. Howland Reed? Bran's tree vision?
