Thoros, who told Melissandre that he'd resurrectd Beric 6 times in S3 (just before she takes Gendry from them (he can't STILL be on that boat?!) ...

ETA - to be fair, he had the long hair & beard in Ripper Street too

I'd say that some minimal s06 Jon Snow scenes may already have been filmed end of s05 filming for his return next season, resuming his role fully in s07.

Kit Harington has probably already filmed his scenes for S6 to keep the speculation of his death a mystery.
Would be a bit silly if he was seen walking round Belfast hehe

Confirmed as a filming location

Coupled with this casting information-

Legendary Fighter: A man in his thirties or forties who is a great swordsman and a paragon of knighthood. He carries a hugely famous sword on his back. The show is seeking a very impressive swordsman for the role- the best in Europe, for a week of filming fight scenes for a season 6 role. His ethnicity/race isn't specified, unlike many other roles.

Why must we wait so long?

It would appear so. No mention of his 2 comrades though, not sure how they're going to do it if it is indeed what it appears to be.

It's not really from what I recall.

Look up the theories on Jon Snow's parents, beware of spoilers.

No its in the one he's already read.

Ned dreams about it while being locked up.

Yup, realised that after looking online. Only about a page about the tower and what happened there. I can't even remember if it is even mentioned in the TV show?

If everything I've read is true, it's in Ned's dream.

Yes, it was Ned's dream. So quite how they are going to put it into the show I'm not sure. Howland Reed? Bran's tree vision?

I reckon it will be via Bran's vision...perhaps set off by JOn's stabbing.
