Tower of joy has now been confirmed but the actor is too young for that IMO.

My guess would be a sequence of flashbacks.

I've finally just got into GoT, five years late maybe but better late than never. I did have a look at season 1 a couple of years ago but gave up on it. Mind you I was busy with other things. Then last month I started again and ended up binge watching all 5 seasons in a few days. Wow, seriously good. Not quite "Breaking Bad" good but completely addictive.

Two stand out performances for me. Peter Dinklage who steals every scene he's in and Maisie Williams who is a little darling. What an actress. Even when she's stabbing people to death with the pointy end. She's going to be a superstar in the future.
