I believe there is a Ted 2 coming out soon starring Liam Neeson which is quite a suprise. He doesn't normal feature in potential tripe.

Behave! I watched Non Stop with Neeson in it last night. Rubbish! Started out as a relatively ok thriller, ended up being just insane!

Caught "This is 40" on the TV last night. Not often I don't make it all the way through a film but the OH and I had had enough after about 45 - 50 minutes. Some vaguely amusing bits, but overall, just too random. 4/10 for the part we watched...

I'll potentially to find a hiding place here but I "endured" The Road the other night.

I'm sure the book is actually very good, but this film was lauded by the critics. I might have been tired or apathetic but I really didn't enjoy this at all.

The cinematogrpahy was good but I found it repetetive and annoying tbh. i know its not supposed to be an easy watch, but I didn;t feel the empathy towards the central characters and the flashbacks didn;t add anything to the motive for me...

too loose and rambling despite the purpose of the father....

just a bit meh....

It's comical in parts but the novelty of a foul mouth talking bear wears thin after an hour of watching and it just all becomes a bit silly.

He was in A Million Ways to Die in the West!

Guess he's not seen Taken 3 either!

I thought it was very good. Although I certainly wouldn't say I 'enjoyed' it.

Also, wasn't he in The Phantom Menace?

Can't say I agree with any sort of association with Ted and tripe however. Best comedy since Team America imo, and the trailer for the sequel looks just as funny.

Mr Turner. I normally like Mike Leigh films but not this one. It looked nice on the screen but it was disjointed, overlong and extremely dull.

I'm getting the impression that the reviewer didn't like this "Jack & Jill" starring Adam Sandler. hehe

(Worth a read of the article. It was quite amusing)

TBH, that was a glowing review compared to the actual film itself. Adam Sandler must have compromising information on most of Hollywood to keep getting his films made.

This film sparked Red Letter Media to question Adam Sandler's career and concluded it's a massive scam. He somehow raises an enormous budget but spends almost none of that money on the film itself. Instead, he hands the cash out to his mates in exchange for brief cameos.

Considering Sandler's output in recent years it's quite convincing.

$79 million to make - that's more than the original Matrix!

Pretty accurate if you ask me.... The only Sandler film I like is Happy Gilmore.

I just re-watched New Jack City and it's total crap.

I thought it was really cool when I was fifteen but watching it now I don't know what I must have been thinking at the time. The plot is paper-thin, the acting is abysmal and it's more of a terrible fashion show than a film.

And that film where he's fighting wolves in the arctic. Into the Grey or something?
