Shortly after that point I gave up. I'll assume it didn't improve from there on.
Regards a sequel, I sincerely hope not.
This is a brief sum up of the end of the film, not sure if the film is worth it but SPOILERS!! Regards a sequel, I sincerely hope not.

The bit after the end credits is why I asked about a sequel, not that I'd want to see it for anything other than comedy value.

I watched "Death Race" - It could easily have been an entertaining "B" movie effort, but it was totally ridiculous...
The story was rubbish, the acting was questionable and the physics was appalling and in no way, shape or form, believable..

It had an armoured 911.
I still chuckle when I think of that .

As an entertaining violence with cars, girls and guns film goes, it did the job for me. If you're criticising it for acting, plot and physics then its not the film for you. Its one of those films where you need to flick the off switch on your brain and watch the big bangs. The story was rubbish, the acting was questionable and the physics was appalling and in no way, shape or form, believable..

Battlefield LA or whatever it's called.
I think it was a movie, but I might have been watching a 90 minute recruitment advert for the US Marine Corps, made especially for the hard of thinking.
Make a carbon copy of Independence Day, and then remove all the good things from it. Both minutes. You now have the train wreck I endured.

I thought the concept would be a great one, but I think it was the fact that there were too many close up shots - and too many "moody dark" shots that made it daft.I do, however, appreciate the concept of the "brain in neutral" film - I really, really liked Starship Troopers which, let's be honest, doesn't require much brain power....

Titanic 2!
I was surfing the channels and spotted this and had to figure out how it was possible. Imagine how bad you think it is, now multiply that by infinity and it's significantly worse than that.
Ah christ, it hasn't sunk again has it? You'd have thought they would have learnt from the first time!I was surfing the channels and spotted this and had to figure out how it was possible. Imagine how bad you think it is, now multiply that by infinity and it's significantly worse than that.

I haven't seen that one, but the SyFy channel have their own "version" - Battle of Los Angeles.I think it was a movie, but I might have been watching a 90 minute recruitment advert for the US Marine Corps, made especially for the hard of thinking.

Which is quite probably a billion times worse.
Its only saving grace is Nia Peeples in a skin tight outfit.
