honestly though, I watched it all the way through. no beers, no distractions. Usually have a great memory, can remember the entire plot of almost every film I have ever seen.
but i really can't remember a thing about the film. I can even tell you what happened in crossroads, bridges of madison country or big mommas house.

You sure you had your TV on the right Channel honestly though, I watched it all the way through. no beers, no distractions. Usually have a great memory, can remember the entire plot of almost every film I have ever seen.

I didnt mind Skyline, but felt there was too much build up and not enough of the actaully story. As for Black Scrub, he should stick to not being funny in a hospital......and the new simms advert

I thought Black Scrub's was good enough, the lack of a clear story was the problem.I didnt mind Skyline, but felt there was too much build up and not enough of the actaully story. As for Black Scrub, he should stick to not being funny in a hospital......and the new simms advert
It was just something that happend to some people, no real plot just this is happening then, the end.
Transformers - Revenge of the Fallen. First hour-and-a-half of the film was dreadful, confusing, and only 20-minutes-plus of excellent action and effects at the end redeemed it slightly.
But that was it for the good stuff really, the rest was dreadful. The script was obviously written by a committee of 12 year olds. 'Robots are cool. Two-dimensional wk-fantasy girls are cool. Lets have loads of both and forget any sense whatsoever'.
It had no idea whether it was serious or a comedy, so it mixed the two together which ruined the pacing and meant it failed at both.
Dire.

Perfectly summed up by one reviewer as "like staring at a blender whilst being hit over the head with a train set for 2 hours"
Anyway, not a bad film but massively disappointing was Rec 2. I love the original but their decision to explain the virus as demonic posession ruined the unknown terror aspect of it. Yes i know it was hinted at during the first film, but now it just comes off like an Exorcist clone. Still worth watching but nowhere as good as the first

Dead Long Enough, with Michael Sheen. The missis got this on Lovefilm and is now blocking our flow of movies by insisting on watching the rest of it after the family unanimously forced her to eject it after 20 minutes of utter tedium. Took five years to come to DVD, not sure why they bothered.
Watched a film called stone.
I suggest no one bother watching it.
It had a great cast, De Niro, Edward Norton, Milla Jovovich. But then a really poor script.
It starts off interesting enough, but then never really moves on or picks up the pace. Cue another hour of them ttting about and the film ends with De Nero looking a bit glum as he clears his office after retiring and that's it.
It was complete bobbins

I really loved that film, I thought it was excellently written. Each to their own I guess!I suggest no one bother watching it.

ETA: this sums my thoughts of this film nicely
You don't have to be in prison to be imprisoned. Jacks wife truly had haunting eyes. I think the only person who was realsed from prison was Norton.

It was like watching an acting class practicing rather than being a good film. Turned it off eventually as it was such a load of balls.I suggest no one bother watching it.

Milla Jovovich was really disapointing naked as well.
