Well this cock up is going to end up costing the taxpayer lots of money.

1 - An anti-semite foreigner is put on the 'banned list' when it comes to entry into Britain.
2 - UKBA let him into the country anyway.
3 - Embarrassed and irate government detain him later on for deportation.
4 - He sues and now has won his case because a judge claims he shouldn't have been banned in the first place - the judge reckons he's an alight bloke after all.
