Heard the bucks bellowing and roaring whilst walking the dogs early this morning - the rutting season has begun. Always spectacular, if a little scary. (They get the mental, you know.)

Would that the Human Species had a season, perhaps there'd be fewer.

It has been a stunningly good weekend for the private hire firms. Not even ordinarily good. STUNNINGLY good. Tomorrow I will try to analyse why.

There is that. I took the last quarter of the (masterful) Welsh victory over Irelend that I caught before our drubbing as consolation - at least I'd seen decent rugby played that morning. Somehow it made me feel better.

Dunno D. Can't figure it out. Really strange massive spike on Friday especially, and not just nightshift either. Can't wait till the comms room renovation is finished. Wonder what 35-40000 jobs a week is like!! It's a good laff in that Posso ganghut, but I think I'll spend more time roaming around soon.

BTW, don't suppose anyone's told you, but Hallowe'en is the busiest taxi night of the year. So get ready now!!!!

Not long to wait, the UK economy will be the biggest in Europe by 2050.

It must be true as experts at Goldman Sachs say so

It's certainly a no-go area in my line of work. If 'EU' is mentioned, it's usually coupled with some negative words.
