UKIP excluded from tomorrow's BBC politics debate on defence and security yet the only party with an alternative solution other than cuts and in some cases complete decimation of our armed forces..

unfortunately ukip have come across very well with every appearance on the daily politics show . the bbc will not be happy about that, and as this is one topic where they utterly destroy liblabcon it looks like the bbc are not keen on giving ukip anymore positive air time.

Can we assume that they've been invited and declined to attend, given that on voting percentages and current seats held they have an electoral right to be part of this debate rather than the Greens? If not, is not their omission a skewering of the electoral process that disadvantages them in the lead up to the election. Can you complain in advance.....

On the BBC this morning at around 7.20 they had a piece on what all the leaders are doing today - Labour first and longest, then Conservatives, then lib dems, followed by SNP, Greens, Plaid Cymru, DUP, Sin Fein, Alliance - just missing one main party. Can you guess which one?

Yesterdays BBC News at Six opened with the statement "Ed Miliband and the other party leaders crisscross the country".

Why a specific name check for Miliband, why not just "the party leaders"

I heard Farage cancelled his plans because of the new story about the 'fag' joke

Having said that, I have been worried for years about the BBC bias so I agree with the overall point

I also think that inappropriate though the Farage joke was, you have to judge it in the era (was it 15 years ago ?), just like when you watch old sit coms - what was acceptable to more people then is not acceptable now

Meanwhile Emily Maitlis is in a bright red dress and Kamal Ahmad is wearing a tie with red roses all over it...

One of the BBC3 link animations has a red rose in it in the same style as the labour emblem.

Spare a thought for the BBC this morning. The election result, and their biased coverage of it, might mean some (if not all) of the 91 BBc staff who earn more then the prime minister might see their wings clipped.

Watching through the night the look of shock and abject horror was very apparent on some of the BBC commentators. It was rather pleasing to see.

Even worse was Jim Naughtie on Radio 4 when it all started to become clear at 2am...nauseatingly biased.

This is the first time in a long time I have kept the BBC news on for any more than 60 seconds.

I cannot believe (well, I can actually..) just how visibly disappointed all of the BBC presenters are about the labour defeat. They are so dyed in the wool Labour, they cannot stay professional and hide their disappointment!

Well they will of course all be going back to their modest 2 bed terraced homes in the inner cities keeping it real.
Sickening how they get away with it I hope they get the st kicked out of them by this new Gov.
