Watching through the night the look of shock and abject horror was very apparent on some of the BBC commentators. It was rather pleasing to see.

This is the first time in a long time I have kept the BBC news on for any more than 60 seconds.
I cannot believe (well, I can actually..) just how visibly disappointed all of the BBC presenters are about the labour defeat. They are so dyed in the wool Labour, they cannot stay professional and hide their disappointment!
Thanks for reporting back, some of us don't listen to or watch the biased broadcasting corporation so it's good to know the beebtoads were all choked up.I cannot believe (well, I can actually..) just how visibly disappointed all of the BBC presenters are about the labour defeat. I've lost count of how many times the BBC have been at pains to point out that a narrow majority for the Conservatives means it'll definitely be 5 years of chaos ending in a Labour landslide as for John Major.
Out of touch dreamers clasping at straws.More likely, Labour is finished for a generation. Their next 'leader' will probably face Boris at some point, at which point they'll probably lose - again.
Its no wonder the BBc luvvies are looking like they have sat on a turd....

So who will the BBC be calling for opinions now that the following are no longer elected;
Vince Cable
Charles Kennedy
Ed Balls (big hole to fill on all channels)
Ed Davey
- presumably it'll be SNP nonentities spouting Spartist drivel for the next five years on Any Questions etc etc.
It's best to avoid the BBC altogether, works for me!Vince Cable
Charles Kennedy
Ed Balls (big hole to fill on all channels)
Ed Davey

I only tuned in this morning to watch them squirm, and I wasn't disappointed.

Someone must've told them to bring some balance to the coverage quickly, before they get broken up.
Yup, they are terrified of having to adopt a subscription model. When is their charter up..is it 2016 or 17.?Hopefully whatever happens , it will put an end to the ridiculous scenario of being hauled before the courst for having the cheek to watch a live TV broadcst, irrespective of provider, without paying the BBC first.
I'd prefer a subscription model, personally, all about freedom of choice.

Just heard the BBC call Cameron's victory "emphatic" and describe the results for the Lib Dems and Labour as a "disaster".
Right-biased BBC...
Hmmm, they could hardly say anything else could they?Right-biased BBC...
Did you also hear Andrew Marr almost spitting feathers when Ed Balls got his come uppance? Clearly touched a nerve with that one, how could the voters kick out the highly respected and talented Mr Balls? Don't they know he's a peerless economist?
