"Hear hear! Now let’s see the Labour Party grow some proper balls and unite in the lobbies to vote out every cynical, vicious, racist and xenophobic piece of legislation these new Nazis propose and let’s start by demanding a commons debate on Brexit and voting out this utterly undemocratic and non-legally binding referendum result which was achieved by a combination of dishonest fearmongering and lies about the economy”

That is an awesome display of BBC impartiality.
Not to defend the stupid statement, but this looks like it was taken from his FB page. Surely he can be as whingeing leftie as he likes on FB?
Of course he can.

It does, however, clearly demonstrate the sort of people that the BBC employ.

I'm not sure he is as free to be as whingeing leftie as he likes on FB: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/shared/bsp/hi/pdfs/26_03_1...

Ha! Yes, indeed. And for something specific, paragraph 1(d).

I don't think so.

Other people at the BBC will completely agree with him. That is what prompted this thread, I guess.

Today there was superb economic news. The FTSE broke all records to reach an all time high.

The headline should be "FTSE hits all time high."

The BBC version of the same information is :-
BBC said:
FTSE 100 slips after hitting record high, as pound extends falls

Jesus H effing Christ. You can just see the tears of desperation of the traitorous lefty bd who wrote that headline.

Good God you are steamed up. I really don't see how reporting the fact that the pound is now worth threepence is ...errmm.... traitorous (eh ?) ; I dare say it is good news for staycation xenophobes but it is not so great for the rest of us, you know , those of us who don't think the world stops at Dover.

How can you spot them? I mean, how do you know they're on holiday & not just a regular xenophobe?

It's a can of worms!

The Pound is still worth 100 pence.

I notice that you had to snip my post to make your non-point. So, I will repeat myself. The following headline is noothing but pure propoganda considering that both the FTSE100 & FTSE 250 set new records yesterday.

Yep, she even irritates the leftie media hehe

The only person who takes Emily Thornberry seriously is Emily Thornberry.

The only thing I want to hear concerning that pompous, arrogant piece of work is that its fallen off a cliff.

Other than that , I don't beleive the Corbyn aspect of Labour is liked by the Beeb , simply because they know he has zero chance he can be elected. They want left leaning but more centreist labour so their gravy train can run on unhindered.

BBC radio lead I heard on the way to work was 'market chaos as pounds drops to record low'.

It took some time to mention the huge rise in the FTSE as being the chaos.

The BBC has a very clear agenda as evidenced by their actions and supported by statements from prominent ex employees

yes
I also think that for many at the Beeb, Corbyn's version of the Labour Party, replete with all the hate and bile that comes with it, is a little too much like staring in the mirror for them, and they don't like it. The link from Guido I posted yesterday perhaps reflects the personal views of some of the BBC employees, who would vote and cheer for a Corbyn win in a heartbeat. Not all, but certainly more than a few, I'd wager.

If the pound falls, and all else being equal, isn't the FTSE bound to rise?

The companies are worth the same amount, but the unit used to value them is worth less, so the number needed to express that value is higher.

Is this too simplistic?

As if the BBC needs to add more drama to their Brexit campaign:

As a consequence of the Brexit vote a dying man adds a codicil to his will - a final wish that threatens to tear his family apart.

Holy Crap!

I've not heard such a trigger-laden sack of emotive guff since the last time I watched the lefties on Question Time.

Seriously, the "play-write" nicked the script from a 14 y.o. failing their GCSE in drama. Either that or JawKnee.

Been in the car for most of today and across bbc radio 1, 2 and bbc Surrey I have repeatedly heard about how these children migrants are now being allowed in to the UK.

Children - I'm thinking 5 to 15 years? Of course not just a load of bbc propaganda looking at these
Photos of the children lol they grow up fast these days:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3843900/Fi...
If these photos are real then What the hell is going on its as clear as day these grown men are not children ...

So, let me get this right your problem is that the BBC reported the story? I am assuming that the DG didn't go over himself and pick the people to be invited over . Would you have been more happy if it had not been reported at all ? Maybe then you could have bleated about a cover up ...

Some might say it's a teensy weeny bit ironic that in moaning about the Beeb's bias you quote that pinnacle of journalistic integrity the Mail ....
