So which previous presidents does he rank above in the views of the all, not just Republicans?
I'm just pointing out that, on a thread about political bias at the beeb you link to an article in The Failing New York Times about Trump's popularity and you didn't even give an honest summary of that!

It was exemplary. rofl

My summary is completely accurate - overall he's got the lowest approval rating of any President.

If you cherry pick and only consider the views of his party then of course you'll find he's popular.

It's already been flagged the data set for Trump is not exactly full, call it incomplete or immature, apples with oranges. whereas the rest cover their whole tenure, if you want to play silly stats games with it, how does the Donald's lowest rating compare to the others lowest? How does he compare with the highest disapproval ratings?
It's all meaningless at this stage.

Edited to add, I'm referencing the original wiki article you linked, not bothered with the more recent NYT one you linked as I suspect it might have an agenda that ensured the selected data sets presented made the point being posed.

The link only compares ratings over the first few months, so isn't meaningless. It highlights how he's unusual in that pretty much every other President has a relatively high approval rating when they enter office and it declines from there. Trump started at a much lower point and it hasn't moved up yet..

Cherry pick data stuff.
Data set incomplete or immature, It's all meaningless at this stage. Stuff
Stuff..
So the combined talents of PH can debate approval ratings and data sets / immaturity of data and statistical equivalence ... even how social media can polarise opinion so historical statistics could be deemed meaningless ....
BUT going back to the BEEB article ... why even quote "is a measly 41%"
It wasn't poor journalism as if you read the whole article it was very informative,
To someone who just read the top paragraph .... well the story was ...
Isn't Donald Trump st ...!
And like a broken record ... the daily message to be reinforced is ... isn't Donald Trump st

And to 41% of Americans no he isn't

Is someone making you watch it? You should be out in the countryside on a nice day like this. I spent 4 hours out with dog and MX5 and did some gardening. No time to laze about in front of the tv.

With the internet now you can watch at least 10 other channels that match your world view. If you have a PYE tv from the 1990's which has trouble getting Channel 4 of course then I take it all back.

You're all right wing and they are liberal. Hence 150 pages of

"Dear Esther Rantzen, that Points of View with Ann Robinson is rubbish. Her hair is commie red for a start. Why, oh why oh why are you not doing this. That. Or the other. To make me happy. Due to a medical injury I can't swap channels either."

I know this is falling on deaf ears but I'd just like pointing out you all just sound like you are "getting it off your chests"

Who said he had not been out for 8 hours? Anyway...

I think, like many others on here, you are missing the point though. Programmes many of us have enjoyed over the years are now being tainted by some pretty cringeworthy anti Brexit views.

No deaf ears here.

Do you do stand up? You'd be a hoot on Radio 4.

"The BBC risks undermining Brexit and damaging the UK's reputation with its "pessimistic and skewed" coverage, MPs have warned.

More than 70 MPs from across the political spectrum have written to Lord Hall, the director-general of the BBC, accusing the corporation of portraying the UK as a "xenophobic" nation that regrets the vote to leave the EU."

The BBC's wall-to-wall set of deluded liberal lefties regrets the vote to Leave, but they've been living in their own little bubble for a long time.

Very interesting how the BBC changed from fawning over the death of Martin McGuiness this morning to a much more balanced approach this afternoon.

They did manage to squeeze convicted criminal Vicky Pryce onto the one o'clock news though, to give us some more expert advice on economics. hehe

So her opinion on economics should be less valid because she lied about who was driving? Did you come up with that all by yourself?
