How can they possibly be widening the group of abusers by texting? Are they sending "Here's the number of a 13 year old you can get drunk and fk"? Why wouldn't that immediately set off alarm bells.

And the complacency in your example is the woman who failed to report the killer to the police because she feared she would be murdered, after another woman had been stabbed in similar circumstances? That's complacency? You do this every time; a thread appears with clearly explained links to social, religious and ethnic factors and you start filling the thread with stories about random crimes that have zilch to do with what's being discussed.

I'm going out on a limb here and am going to suggest that they don't text these numbers do decent human beings even if they know them. The numbers are passed to other scummy innits that are likely cousins or brother where the code of silence rules anyway.

Also these men are not paedophiles just scum who rape teenage girls, the fact they are children is irrelevant to them, they are targeted because they are weak and vulnerable the age is just a co-incidence.
