We're quite happy to be left alone thanks (I exclude the 70 odd members of the MAC who just need a good kicking). What you'll find however is muslims being accused of WANTING special treatment, things like banning Xmas or renaming it Winterval - stuff dreamt up by the Diversity Manager at the Local Authority. Why am I only hearing this on a niche motoring forum and not in mainstream media? Is The Guardian mainstream enough?Or the Daily Mail?

However I am white and none muslim and I found different. Be it at the gym or selling a car or anywhere I have had the pleasure of meeting a group of people that feel they can take the piss because I don't belong to their group.

Countdown said: Mermaid said: Countdown, would you agree that the Pakistani community is probably the most reviled amongst the minority groups? Only if you believe certain websites and some (a minority) of PHers. Most of my friends are white, most of my colleagues are white, and most of my clients are white. I don't see a "revulsion" of Pakistanis (or any particular group). What I do see is a revulsion of a particular attitude/culture/crime regardless of the ethnic background. So generally the people I associate with will look down on criminals, benefit cheats, and the chav classes regardless of what ethnic background they come from. We don't look down on the Irish because of the actions of some members of the travelling community. Similarly we don't assume that drug dealing is associated with any particular ethnic grouping. Or that paedophilia is solely the preserve of catholics. The only people who continually emphasise the ethnicity of these scumballs seem to be those who desperately need it to be linked to culture/religion/ethnicity so they can vindicate their racism (there, I said the "R" word, my bad) So do you see yourself as British or Pakistani? Not the small magenta book excuse, but more inwardly and away from any façade of integration? Well??

The problem is the retraction wasn't on the BBC, Sky, or ITV because they didn't publish the original cr@p in the first place. The "newspapers" which published it HAVE subsequently issued retractions but some people only seem to see one side of the news.....

Why not tone down the antagonism and express your opinions in a more polite manner? I know you'll probably say you aren't talking to me either; this is just some friendly advice

Caught the end of an iNteresting documentarty on RT at breakfast, talking about how far right and even Neo Nazi political organisations are growing in popularity. It is not good, but in the face of what is happenening, perhaps understandable that some [especially those who have little power and feeble minds] feel disenfranchised to the point of taking up this sort of action.
Interesting that the leader of the EDL is still insisting - I have no idea what their true agenda actually may be - that they despise nazism, are not against immigrants, homosexuals or other minorities and are only against those who do not respect the UK. To try and afford themselves distance from the BNP, they burn swastikas and are keen to include star of David and even rainbow flags in their gatherings.
It is clear that even away from the loony fringes, the politicians in many european nations are going to have to re-evaluate integration of immigrants.

The Times said: Two brothers who treated young white girls as “sexual commodities” to be bought and sold as they pleased were given long jail sentences yesterday by a judge who said they set out to “use and abuse” vulnerable children. Ahdel and Mubarek Ali targeted, groomed and then pimped their victims to immigrant workers, who queued to have sex with under-age girls in the back rooms of restaurants and takeaway food outlets ... The trial jury heard that one 16-year-old was taken to Indian restaurants and chip shops to be abused by up to four men at a time. At one restaurant, she and a friend were told to climb through a back window because the men did not want to be seen with white girls. The Ali brothers, both married and of Pakistani heritage, described their victims as worthless “w es”, “slags” and “sluts”. A younger girl, 13, thought she was in love with Ahdel Ali, 25. He was a fast-food delivery driver who raped her in a car the first time they had sex. http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/news/uk/crime/article3560382.ece

The rest of the country know exactly what racist, rapist, pedo scumbags these (mostly) Pakistani muslim b ds are.
