Leaving aside the insults, where is your logical (or other) explanation of why two men should be allowed to marry but three men should not?
I don't see why the gender of the people is relevant to the question. Why should two people be allowed to marry but not three? My answer would be what it has been throughout this thread - society defines marriage. With the wide acceptance of homosexuality as genetic rather than a "lifestyle" choice and the realisation that it is harmless, society is changing to accept that marriage is the union of two people rather than the union of a man and a woman. Polygamy is not (yet, perhaps ) accepted as "normal" in our society. If polygamy becomes socially acceptable in the UK, I'd expect marriage law to change to reflect that.

No. Your point is not obvious. It is a logical fallacy and is treated with the scorn and contempt it deserves.
The same pathetic, tired little cliche....

No....don't think so. Therefore law is not discriminatory.
Can some people get married legally whilst others are refused??
Yup sure can....so law is therefore discriminatory.
We're also told by the same moral arbiters (the Church) that both are wrong, yet the Bible allows polygamous marriage. Hypocrisy all round really eh?
But I'm sure the Church would be bang on your side Ozzie if you seriously wished to begin a campaign for religious polygamous marriages as the Bible supports them. So if the Bible is the absolute word of God, then why isn't the Church already undertaking polygamous marriages or at least wanting them?? Why dont you ask a vicar or bishop and let us know your findings?

Because the UK legally condones unions between two people. Bizarrely, those unions have different names depending on the genders of the people and the proposal is to correct that discrepancy so that two people can marry without prejudice. Unions between 3 or more people are not legal in the UK, regardless of the genders of the persons.
Edit: I see djstevec beat me to it. Oh well.
Got to love today's Daily Mash...
Church agrees to continue marrying obviously gay men to women
Gay marriage; OK if it’s to a heterosexual person of opposite gender in heartbreakingly sad circumstances, confirms Church of England.

Now it's the Church of England's turn to tie itself in knots over this issue.

The Church of England's crucial vote on gay marriage has been thrown into doubt after the Bishop of Coventry admitted he accidentally voted against the report and several others may have made the same mistake.
The Right Reverend Dr Christopher Cocksworth apologised for the mistake last night, which he said was because of "a moment of distraction and some confusion over the voting process".
