Put in the the same "Political Soundbites" file as, Benefits cuts for cheats, Max 26k p.a. for families on benefits, immigration rules to be tightened etc etc etc.

What a great idea - more laws for people who break laws! Yeah, because the initial set of laws so fabulously well, lets make some more that they can ignore. I'm sure that will work.
