Of course not, the experts who designed the torch are absolutely sure to have thought of that..........

Wow... Insightful. Here's some information so you don't sound as stupid in the future. They light more than one flame from the one generated on mount Olympus. These eight backup flames are then encased in a davey lamp style lamp which cannot be blown out and even taken on a plane. So it doesn't matter if the torch blows out as it's not the only flame. And it's happened in the past anyway.
