I'm against the death penalty in general, have to make an exception for this piece of st. Put him down. His only remaining worth is as an organ donor.

Easy to pass judgement if you're not the one in that situation.

I knew someone who was knocked about. Eventually got the Police involved, who basically ticked him off, so guess what? Yep, he beat her harder.
That makes no sense either. But again, I'm not locked in an abusive relationship, where emotional or financial attachment, nor the desire to make it right for the kids overrides the instincts of self-preservation.

I am seriously glad you agree with my earlier post. We are by definition soft on justice here in the UK!

What a pitiful sentence. I know, it hasn't been announced yet, but who's going to bet I'm wrong?

I don't tend to support the death penalty because it's not really a punishment, on account of the recipient being dead. Life imprisonment isn't a real punishment either, these days, because it just means the kind of life these scum would have on the outside but without any bills to pay. Bring back a couple of Victorian-type prisons and just lock them away, let them fester in their own st without anything more than bread and water twice a day and a cell with a bench and a bucket. That would be the proper punishment and one I'd fully support.

This article made me feel sick and so so angry, this in my opinion is one of the cruelest things a human could do to another, I genuinely feel that there is no rehabilitating this animal (he is not a man) he should be left to rot, but in all likelyhood he will go into prison have access to a gym, tv, playstation and be out again in 3 years. Wow what a fked up place we live in.

It is a shame, but some women seem to be attracted to scroats like this.
No matter how much they hurt them they come back for more.
It is hard for me to understand why a woman would want to be with a man who beats the granny out of her.
But some do, and some ultimately pay with their lives.

Normally they are too scared to leave, or they've had their self confidence punched out of them to the point they feel they'll never find anyone else.

One of the things I want to do during my lifetime is get involved with a charity that helps women escape those gutless pieces of st who prey on them.

That is evil. Does make you think that maybe he should have the same done to him in return.
He probably will when he gets in prison, other prisoners won't like that at all.

Utter scum. Simply unforgivable. I sincerely hope the internal prison justice system deals appropriately. If this was my daughter somebody suitable would be procured to deal upon release.

I read an article the other day about the SuperMax prison in Denver, poured concrete bed, concrete seat, 23 hours a day locked in the cell 1 hour in a larger cell so they can walk around. This is what we should have for people like this.
Why? Why spend our money providing him the basics, even the sh-ttiest of sh-tty basics?

Hang the c-nt.

GBH with intent offers a long sentence, unfortunately when there's no clear intention to kill it's the highest offence possible. Hope the sentencing judge steps up to the plate.

Towards the end of the article, it sounds like she was covering for his previous violence towards her. How many warnings did she need?
How often was she lied to?
Maybe, but NOBODY deserves this.

"Our view is that Jenkin deliberately strangled Tina into a state of unconsciousness in order that he could inflict these terrible injuries."
This is the sickest of the lot. He KNEW what he had planned in advance.

Hope he comes to a sickening a painful end.

I hate to say this but I think she will take her own life within a couple of years unless she comes to terms with it.

I'm rarely shocked or offended by anything but this is just beyond the behaviour of someone who should be in normal society. Cowardly and vindictive and I hope he gets worse returned to him in prison.
