What made me laugh was it is supposed to raise awareness of female circumcision (which is a real issue that's much more widely discussed in Europe than it is here, because we're British and all and mention of front bums inevitably leads to giggling.) anyway the MP seems to be eating a slice from that precise bodily region - and it's pink on the inside.

"Cocoa based baked good" is the politically correct term. If you say "chocolate cake" someone may think you said "chocolate face" and take offence.
