Since when did throwing Acid on her become the answer?

Shocking stories and some not nice images.
One thing that perplexes me deeply is just what kind of man does this to a woman just because she is too beautiful? What kind of man thinks that this is a suitable way to resolve a family dispute? These are their relatives for goodness sake!

The woman in the feature got away lightly, if that can be said of anybody who's been doused in acid. Another woman was on the news recently who's entire face had been eaten away to the skull. What do people expect from a culture that sees women as property to be bartered and subjugated?

I've said this before but it's this 'Women as property' culture which I believe to be behind the whole 72 virgins nonsense. If you or I wanted heavenly reward in the shape of female company we'd want a few fire breathing wes to destroy us on a nightly basis. The fact that those of a certain religion crave compliant virgins is very demonstrative of how they see females. It's ownership and subjugation, what else explains it?

There is a lot you post I don't agree with... Christ RB that's brought me up short, I thought I was about the most uncontroversial poster here. I need to look at myself hard in the mirror.
And now I'm off to scour your entire posting history to try to find something, anything I can be snottily contrary about.
(Not really of course, couple of lagers and bed is about all I can manage!)

I wouldn't worry. I might even have been getting you mixed up with another poster with a similar looking name - it happens Christ RB that's brought me up short, I thought I was about the most uncontroversial poster here. I need to look at myself hard in the mirror.

Anyway can't have been that bad if anything.
Save you the trouble of looking out stuff to argue with "All 928 owners are big girls who need the power to make up for the speed they can't carry round the twisty bits." There, that should do it
