I think that all areas should be made complete separate in all ways
That way the south east can keep all its lovely money
The rest of the country can keep all its lovely food and water and electricity
You mean actually making stuff, growing stuff, and generating stuff? That way the south east can keep all its lovely money
The rest of the country can keep all its lovely food and water and electricity
I still think we should build a big wall around the south east and keep all the crazy people there

The cast of TOWIE and Jade Goodey
Aw bless. Must be hard having to live up to that crushing nadir of excellence eh. What have we got to compare eh? Sadly just our music for us Liverpudlians for we are just lowly minstrels of prose. St Ringo of Aigburth excluded.

As well as the vibrant creative scene (Actors, writers, directors, film makers etc. etc.) you only have to look round at the architecture and the museums to see that much of the innovation that made this country great, came from the North West.
More Georgian architecture than Bath, and that is what Bath is famous for, which is odd. sday12 said:

Great, more money pumped into Liverpool, should have let it die in he 80's.
Grow up, Chav, bellend.Cameron's favourite think tank thought it was a good idea:

Thievery, drug addiction, organised crime, and had a particularly good year of racism.
ETA: TOWIE is a creation of a Liverpudlian production company.
^ ^ ^ And so easy to wind up ^ ^ ^
I actually really like Liverpool, worked there in shipping for many a year, great people and great town.
I, like Cameron, this that report nonsense.
But you really do need to get over yourselves, the chip on your collective shoulders is massive!
As this thread proves.

I'm not even from Liverpool. It has nothing to do with chips, you have just been spouting st.I actually really like Liverpool, worked there in shipping for many a year, great people and great town.

FFS.
I have lived in several cities all over the UK.
I moved to Liverpool from Surrey a long time ago.
I still have my southern accent.
Liverpool is a brilliant city with loads of great stuff happening all time.
Sure there are problems, just like any major city in the UK, and if you live in a city that you think doesn't have a drug/crime/prostitution/unemployment/gun/alcohol problem then you are fool and maybe you should just focus on putting your crayons back in the box in order of ham.
Scousers dont have a chip on their shoulders.
They are passionate and proud about the place they live and will defend it, something the inhabitants of southern cities aren't and won't.
Liverpool isn't full of "Ego Chavs". You can walk into any bar and stumble out 5hrs later with a new best mate, I know from experience.
It is probably the friendliest, most welcoming city I have lived in.
One of the things I like most about the city is that the people are more than happy to help you but you are also expected to think for yourself.
Stupidity doesn't go down to well.
