Two years in and as far as I can see he's delivered nothing.

The country is being swamped with beggers from Eastern Europe, what happened to the immigration controls? Under EU law you need to be able to support yourself to enter another state but it seems Cameron is happy to let EU beggers, criminals and chancers to come here.
That's not his fault - 30 years' worth of treaties secure freedom of movement for all EU citizens. Spain isn't especially happy about the tens of thousands of British retirees that have ruined the costas. Given the ststorm in Europe right now, renegotiating that treaty is far from everyone's minds.

He gave another 10 billion to the IMF to prop up the dying euro, while at the same time destroying the NHS.
That was as much to help us as it was to help the Euro - the IMF money gets lent to banks, who are then able to lend multiples of it back to us. Without it, the global economy seizes up and we have to pay a lot more to borrow to cover our debts.

And what happened to banning car clampers, squatters etc? He's even failed on the simple stuff.
That received Royal Assent on the First of May and is now enacted into law.

OP - This hasn't gone quite as you had expected has it?
Too right, I was hoping to be told that it was all in the pipeline but it turns out car clamping is being banned but not squatters.

Actually you need to be able to support yourself if you go to another member state. Turning up jobless and penniless is not part of the game and you can be repatriated so why are 100,000's getting away with it?
Still waiting. Names. Two dozen of.

Can't be difficult, can it?

I want our little beige-shirt pal to give us the names of just a few of these hordes that he has personal experience of.

Actually Bulgarians and Romanians don't have full workers rights until 2014. Note the word WORKER, beggers and thief's are classified as workers.

And I wasn't talking about them. I said the 2004 countries. Romanians and Bulgarians have to have work permits. You can't get a work permit to beg or thieve, so I would take a guess that they've come as tourists. I can't say I've been panhandled or mugged by someone from either country though.

Obviously a fake story with a landscape generated in Bryce with beggers added from the Daz3D library.

Not being pedantic but you did say all EU citizens and the characters in question come from Romania. Had a pair of the scuffy sods try and pickpocket me in the Trafford Centre about one year back.

no he's just lame.

He's out of his depth, lacks vision, lacks intelligence, lacks life experience, who has never HAD to work for a living, never had a real job.

You might just as well give Borat the job.

Mind you I'm not sure how many MP's have worked for a living.

What I do know is that not one of them has an Engineering, Science or Technology Background, and if it's Designing and Making, and Investing stuff that's going to lead us to salvation, not one of them knows a thing about it.
Perhaps if we paid our MPs a decent six-figure salary we might attract some bright people out of the private sector to become MPs.

I consider myself to be distinctly normal in terms of my ability and success and yet earn more than an MP.
Perhaps if we didn't pay them we'd get some that are in it because of a desire to serve.

Why do you keep insisting on names? It’s as if you don’t actually believe the Ops assertion that criminals and chancers do come here; when even a busy idiot can see that it is true.

Because our reactionary chum - apart from his brush with a couple of likely lads in the Trafford center a year ago - has absolutely no idea of what he's complaining about other than what he reads in the Wail.

So Nikkie Aiken, one person, has said that beggars are flooding in from Romania. Her husband Alex runs the Westminster council press office. Here she is again, talking to The Sun.

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/4317934/...

And the Express.

http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/316202/Migrant...

And the Bradford Telegraph and Argus.

http://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/uk_national_...

I'm having a little trouble finding anyone else who is concerned about it.

The Midlands is full of none UK people, mostly graduates in Aerospace or Engineering from what I can tell.

eg Carlos, who works at RR who is from Spain, an ex Boeing Employee. His Spanish wife works in Research at JLR.

He's a chinless suit with a blue tie and probably the only policies to slow the rate of implosion, hamstrung by being professionally married to another chinless suit with a yellow tie whose policies change like the wind depending on how much camera time he gets in return.

Cameron isn't an utter failure, the coalition is and was always doomed to be. That's not to say Dave could or would make it all better as a Conservative government, I honestly believe in these times of fluffy social media and PR-led politics that no one person is the right one for the job, purely because even if they could fix this mess in one or two terms the measures required would be so desperately unpopular that Thatcher would look like a saint by comparison and they'd be out on their arris at the next election, irrespective of their tie colour.

Still, I can't see it being a problem as there's not a cat in hells chance of the coalition getting another term at the helm, and at this rate even Millibrain stands a chance of getting elected.

To summarise, he's the best of a bad and very samey bunch, and they're the only party that can lessen this mess. It's not happening, and what little popularity they had is being eroded fast.

Did they try and mug sjn2004 in the Trafford centre last year? I'll bet he can probably pick them out in an identity parade - especially if they hold up Romanian flags in the line-up.

I'm gonna stick my neck out here:
without wishing to sound 'too personal', you live in a fairly middle class area, drive a nice motor, and fund a private plane. I would suggest your life is fairly comfy and relatively cloistered such that you don't know; don't see; and don't hear of the realities of our east european friends criminal activities. I would therefore suggest that it is you that really hasn't a clue as to how relatively entrenched said activities are. Perhaps you may take a different view when the harsh realities of what you are seemingly in denial of directly affect you. It may be your RR on a container to Estonia, your bank account emptied; your house burgled, and so on...

But be assured, the essence of what the Op posted is utterly true.

PS: I forgot to add they may even be brazen enough to 'make use' of your plane for a nice little earner...

Oh come on, it's not that bad.

We've got loads more wind turbines in place or 'permissioned'.

The green bank or whatever it's called.

We've given even more to other nations in foreign aid, boosting our nation's value esteem abroad.

We're now best buddies with Obama so that's bringing loads of tangible benefits.

Higher taxes - well for the likes of me, that so-called squeezed (pips) middle!

We've done a fair bit of bombing and fighting abroad; shows we're still 'somebodies'.

Lots more money in the vaults of the banks, including from that canny printing of extra notes.

Plenty more immigrants - some even legal and known of - to help our multi-cultural mix.

Many more people employed in temporary and second jobs.

Even benefits payments are up I believe.

And then there's the additional investment in the Olympics, oh, and the Queen's having a party soon, so all's well really.

So he's managed some changes despite thanks to the link with Clegg, Alexander, Huhne and co.

hehe

I suspect Estonia would send the Rangie straight back, and want to swap it for a Landcruiser.

Eastern Europeans are quite capable of emptying your bank account from Eastern Europe - you think they crawl up your domestic waste-pipe, nip out of the loo, do a quick transfer from your laptop while you're not looking, and then make themselves scarce down the khazi again?

As for using the Yak for contraband smuggling...as the Russians found when they tried to use them for counter-insurgency in Afghanistan, you need to build a runway within 5 miles of your target area.

Wanting to pin the blame for your own failures on immigrants is the feed-stock of the home-brew jackboot brigade.
