It really does get to the cynics on here but the Torch Relay really has captured the public imagination as witnessed by the huge crowds and smiling faces. Sometimes you just have to be there to get it.

I was cynical but then people in the office decided they were going to see it, and who can resist 20 minutes out of the office on such a sunny day!
