I love how it's presented as she's the one who made the money...... er no, your dad did.
she's seemingly spent a lot on suing her nearest and dearest, whether it's her own children or her inlaws as well.... I am sure she's lovely at home though.

Haha what a . Her sexiness makes up for it all. I still think that, from what I have read, HRH is still the wealthiest woman.

Haha what a . She doesn't want to give her money to 3 of her 4 children because theyre lazy, all the better. She most probably worked her fingers to the bone to get where she is so why should her children not have to earn their way in this world. Bill Gates has a very similar attitude as him and his wife are aiming to give everything to charity before they die.

Didn't her dad make all that money and she's the heir to the company, also these so called deals she's done?? A lot of the increase in her wealth this year has come from the recovery of the iron ore market no?

I suspect the truth of the matter is she put her money into a family trust, with all the altruism of avoiding the tax man taking a hefty piece, as income tax, and now she's whining when having given up a degree of control of it, and technically given away control (to the family trust), they want to get their hands on it. I'm wouldn't be crying for her.

Where is the hard work? If the resource wasn't there she wouldn't have a thing and she hasn't invented anything has she?

Didnt the old man just get lucky by buying land that unbeknown to him had stuff below it worth something? As far as I can tell none of the family have developed or invented anything.

Imagine that.

Doesn't quite work like that, they get no inheritance if they don't work hard. To be fair she was gifted a prime company but she has done well out of it, better than previous. She may not be a genius, but she has worked.

If it was me I'd want to make sure the kids knew how to handle the company/money when they inherited it, because I'd hate to die and have them become so overwhelmed they blow it all and die from a cocaine overdose.
But taking your own kids to court is just bonkers.

But taking your own kids to court is just bonkers. Agreed for the most part; however, sometimes when mothering fails, court action may be required to help them avoid the pitfalls you described.

Found a large iron ore deposit on aboriginal land at a time when you couldn't stake a claim on iron ore and exports were banned. He lobbied for a change in the law, then some years later when it was changed "found" his iron ore and claimed it.
