Dead within the first 20 minutes.
There's no way someone that big can walk continuously for more than a few yards. She might not even be able to stand up in her current state.
She needs hospital, special kit to even get her up on her feet in the first place, and then lots and lots and LOTS of very gentle and careful exercise, building up gradually as she gets stronger and slimmer.
Presumably being a fatty would mean swimming is a good idea? There's no way someone that big can walk continuously for more than a few yards. She might not even be able to stand up in her current state.

Although having written that I feel the urge to post the 'Harpoons; man them!' Unmotivational poster.
I'll never go in a pool again for related issues around having a 'different' shaped body (am disabled and have a permanent 'in' tube and an 'out' tube) - I'm already openly discussed as if I were an unusual car rather than a human, can't even imagine how much worse it'd be with more of my body on display, even in trunks and a t-shirt.
Hopefully there will be a hydrotherapy pool she can use in the hospital with the support of a physiotherapist, to start sorting her out. God knows she needs it - such a shocking waste of such a young life.
As an aside, with remarks like " ‘Some people choose heroin but I’ve chosen food and it’s killing me.’"
Given heroin is relatively harmless, apart from the addictiveness*, why not give her it on the NHS and see if she prefers it?
*If this sounds a ridiculous statement do yer research, it's true

also, who makes clothes for people that big? presumably they have to be basically hand made, so how does someone on benefits afford them? are there NHS prescriptions?
No, no prescriptions. There are some online companies which specialise in clothing sized for people like this lass, but it's still very expensive. Is just one of many extra costs that add up to keep the poorest and most fked-up people right at the bottom. Similarly, people her size can't possibly cook - she might not even be able to stand - so it's going to be whatever mum (who obviously has Issues of her own) feeds her, or buying her own ready meals.. which are expensive, especially the ones that aren't jam-packed with fat and salt.Same problem for anyone with unconventional body shape eg. most folk with dwarfism aren't just small but have totally different body proportions so even kid sized clothes don't fit properly.
Can be quite a big (pun intended) issue.
Between the obvious, serious mental health issues this poor kid has, I can pretty much guarantee that poverty will also be a problem.
You don't often hear about 40-plus stone company directors...
I am large in all dimensions (especially girth)*, I am aware of difficulties buying clothing, but when you're her size then the production line is going to make one garment. In effect everything would have to be tailored to her...
suppose if she's bed bound it isn't really an issue

According to the Sun she has diabetes, respiratory failure, spinal problems and kidney failure,
I don't think any of them are a surprise, rescue cost approx £100k - how much more will be spent on her.,,?
Do you think it's better to let her die then? I don't think any of them are a surprise, rescue cost approx £100k - how much more will be spent on her.,,?
If she is capable of helping herself, then fine, help her help herself. At the end of he day, no one is putting the food in her mouth for her.
