Except in her case, her body is more fat then water. Muscle is heavier then fat too. And yes, the human body is mostly water, but the amount of fat on her body "outweighs" the fat (pardon the pun).

And another question, by default the human body automatically burns around 2000-2500 calories per day. Her body will automatically burn more calories per minute then a slim person, simply because of the sheer effort it will take for her to move her bulk, and also because her heart will HAVE to work harder then a slim person. So does she not collapse from exhaustion at all?

You presume she moves and burns calories she's not going to be doing a 9_5 job, walking, doing chores etc... She probably doesn't leave the sofa andconsumes 10000 calories a day bad calories at that which turn straight into fat I'd be surprised if she burns as many calories a day as you or I.
